Pedro welcomed us to Porto and we still talk about what a great time we had! He is not just a tour guide but we felt like he was an old friend showing us around! I highly recommend doing the tour the first day you are there because it's a great way to get your bearings in the city!
Pedro (Pepe) is fantastic and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We did a few tours with him, and within moments of meeting, it felt like we were walking around with a friend — a local friend. Pedro has tremendous knowledge across-the-board: history, culture, cuisine, nature, experiences, etc. Importantly to us, he also gave us personal and local expert advice. He pointed us towards local places and experiences (not just the traditional tourist/most popular spots that are often suggested). We learned so much, and had so much fun with and because of Pedro. Our time in Portugal, including time in our own, was made exponentially better because of everything he shared. He also stayed in touch with us throughout to answer questions and give recommendations. If you have the opportunity to do any guided tours with Pedro, I so strongly recommend it. It will greatly benefit you and make your stay even more enjoyable, as it did ours.
Pedro is by far, the best guide in Porto. He showed us all of the hidden spots and gave us the most exciting tour in town. We were a large group and he accommodated all of our needs. It was an incredible experience and we are all eager to go back to Porto and explore more with Pedro. He has a lot of knowledge not only about the city but also loads to say about wine and the Douro region. If you need restaurant recommendations or want to eat authentic food, Pedro is your guy. He took us to the very best spots and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
We had an amazing time with Pepe! He took us to places we never would have found on our own. He took us to a small fishing village and an authentic Portuguese restaurant. It was delightful!
A MUST DO!! Our tour guide, Pedro (Pepe), was THE BEST! He was so much fun but was also was very informative about the history and was able to answer all our questions. He is the reason we had an unforgettable time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
