The staff was welcoming and helpful; My parents have limited mobility and the staff made every effort to provide them with assistance and ease of access. We will definitely use Tybee Island Water Sports again!
They are so friendly! We had a blast. I would recommend this over a dolphin tour - the kids will have more fun! Very affordable!
Excellent customer service: we were provided with exhaustive explanations and instructions, checking in was quick and easy, the deck hand was very helpful and friendly. The boat was clean and had a WORKING Garmin GPS/depth finder. Overall, a great experience I would recommend to anyone in for a nice relaxing boating trip!
We had a great day on the water. The staff were awesome. They had everything ready when we arrived and got us on our way quickly. The girls launched us when we left and help us dock when we returned. 10/10, one of the best rental experiences we've had. Will definitely be back in the future!
Staff was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable and guided us how to get to Shark Tooth Island. Pontoon was clean and comfortable. We saw a pod of dolphins right at our boat. Amazing experience!

Tybee Island Watersports did a great job familiarizing us with the procedures and instructions for the best trip to Shark Tooth Island with our dog. Even found a few sharks teeth! Nice and relaxing outing. Thanks guys!
Horrible experience. Pontoon had known engine issues that was not disclosed by operator. The engine issues were thankfully remediated by knowledgeable driver that had to pump fuel line about 20 times in the 2 hour rental period. Pontoon boat was also not functioning balanced and the front bow almost went underwater. Manager has refused to respond to my direct calls and emails about complaints.
The guys were helpful and easy going. We had a great time visiting “shark island” Boys found some teeth and we spotted dolphins from the boat on the way back! The restaurant attached the boat launch is amazing.
Great service and good info for our trip. Would recommend to others, And had a blast on the 💦 water. Price was also reasonable
