We decided to take this trip at the last minute, driving from Rome with our family, and we were definitely not disappointed. We met our guide, Giada, as planned, and she was wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. The site is massive, and we saw plenty of exhausted visitors exploring on their own or in large groups. Having a small private tour made a huge difference. Giada kept us engaged throughout, and the flexibility of a private tour made it easy to change direction, spend more time on things that interested us, and ask lots of questions—not only about the history and artifacts, but also about modern life in the area. It was a fantastic experience and a great way to explore such an enormous and fascinating site.

Super good, tour guide was very nice
Our Pompeii archaeological tour was fantastic! We were almost 40 minutes late due to taking the wrong train in the intense heat, but our guide Teresa waited for us at the gate. She was warm and caring throughout, just like family. My son learned so much history from her; he had many questions, all answered patiently and in detail. This tour surpassed all our expectations. The 3-hour experience is great value for money, and we highly recommend Teresa!
Roberto was our tour guide and we had an incredible experience! He gave a lot of details and information and was extremely knowledgeable. It was impressive what we got done in only 3 hours!! Overall price wasn’t bad. Tickets to enter Pompeii are separate but only €20

The trip was great and Teresa the archeologist was incredibly knowledgeable and nice. She really made the trip something to remember. I can't say how much this trip with her made the day special!
