We had booked through Get Your Guide and in error I booked for 4 adults instead of 3 adults and 1 child. When we got to the ticket desk the lady gave us a voucher for 3 adults and 1 child with prices of €44 for adults and €15 for the child. I said we had paid for 4 adults. She asked my son’s age (17) so I said could we please have refund for the difference. I was told no as the tour was booked through Get Your Guide the tickets were already paid for. We accepted this as after all the error was mine on booking. When we came back for the tour an hour later the guide was handing out stickers to the children. She wanted to give one to my son and asked if we had any documentation show his age being 17 in case we got asked. The tickets were definitely bought on entry and the tour company most likely kept the difference. If you value honesty I would avoid this company.
Mr. Eraldo is a very well-prepared guide, he answers any question or curiosity, and he is engaging; in fact, he managed to attract and keep the attention of even the little ones. Very talented!
Quick but exhaustive tour, considering that it takes a full day to see the entire archaeological park. Ms. Lina was very professional and friendly, not limiting herself only to purely historical explanations, but also delighting us with interesting anecdotes about Pompeian civilization.
Today the tour done under the great direction of Mia. How she told everything was very nice, good explanation and a lot of humor. Very rewarding!

Our guide was Mia. She was informative, entertaining, relaxed and friendly. We could not have wanted a better guide. My wife and I were originally going to walk around Pompeii on our own, but, at the last moment, decided to join this tour. We're glad we did.
