Our tour girl Donna was great and very helpful, we had a wonderful experience and loved the tour and we recommend it. It was very hot but it was worth
The tour was really good, very informative and well managed by the tour guides! The lunch was small portions, and would recommend bringing your own if you have dietary requirements. The logistics of the start and end of the day were not well managed - the bus arrived late with no communications, and the day ended much later than communicated.
Very well organised tour with a knowledgeable, albeit not very engaging, tour leader. Not a lot of time spent in Pompeii & the Pompeii gift shop, which was disappointing, but loved the free time in Ercolano. Lunch was not all that great. There were options, but the pasta dish was too salty & the chicken on the salad was bland.
Wonderful guide, very informative and friendly. Driver was obnoxious, took calls while driving and thus drove one1 handed on dangerous roads, and actually walked off the bus in the middle of the return to smoke. He slso just announced he had an appointment and was leaving, telling us to wait on the bus until a new driver showed up. The tour guide was almost in tears. I strongly suggest he not be used again.
Two must see places to visit - our guide was very knowledgeable and energetic- our coach driver tackled the tricky roads will local knowledge and skill !
Great trip. Pickup was in a convenient position in Sorrento, tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Lunch was good quality. Overall a great trip and value for money.
What a great day out! Our guides were very knowledgeable and the entire trip was incredibly interesting. It’s quite a long excursion and I was a little worried about whether the kids (9 year olds) would be able to stay interested but they enjoyed it all the way through. The schedule is well planned with good balance between the Pompeii visit, a great lunch and then the visit to the Herculaneum

This was well worth the price. We started the morning in Herculaneum. It was very quite and it was easily navigated. We had a great lunch. Spent the afternoon in pompeii, it wasn't as busy as I would have expected. It was fantastic seeing the sights and our tour guide Tony was very knowledge and ensure we saw the main sights in both locations. The bus was very comfy and the driver was superb, cold bottled water was available to buy on the bus. I would recommend this trip if you want to visit these locations.

We had an excellent guide and the coach was top class. Well worth the money made especially memorable because of the enthusiasm of the guide. The meal provided as part of the tour was much better than expected in a comfortable restaurant.

This was an exhaustive (and exhausting!) excellent, informative and fascinating tour of the two cities. I had never heard of Herculeum but it was more amazing than Pompei! Tour guide Fabiania was great.
