Para além das praias de areia, águas cristalinas, cidades de arte, aldeias históricas, vinhas e olivais, a Puglia é uma terra rica em sabores autênticos e produtos típicos com um sabor intenso e genuíno. Durante a experiência, prepararemos juntos o famoso orecchiette da Apúlia, um primeiro prato completo, acompanhado de um aperitivo de taralli, focaccia, vinho e legumes da estação. Finalmente, como manda a tradição, sentaremos todos à mesa para desfrutar das deliciosas criações que preparamos.

Daniela our chef was incredibly engaging and knowledgeable. We learned how to make focaccia and rolled out many shapes of pasta, and enjoyed great wine and limoncello. Fantastico!
We had a great time. The cooking was doable but we learned as part of making the pasta. The company was very pleasant and Anna Maria was a great host. This was also well located, right on the main strip in Polignano, and easy to find.

It was a fun evening learning some history and top tips to make and cook pasta. Our host was a lovely lady full of stories and passion for local food. The only disappointment is that no copies of recipes are sent out afterwards so please ensure you take notes.

Danielo was fantastic! We learned to make cavatelli & orecchiette. It was hands-on, fun, and very informative. I didn’t find past reviews accurate in that it was very easy to find. 2 hours. Lunch and wine included. A great time!

There was a different teacher that night. That pasta making was fun, but we never made the tiramisu…
