We travelled business class with BA and last June the lounge was excellent and as per the photographs you see here - yesterday we travelled again and it couldn’t be more different- the food was awful we didn’t touch it - no where to sit and a queue for the disgusting toilets. We will not bother again and I will be writing to BA to complain ! No idea why they have changed it but for such a beautiful airport this was a huge letdown ! Don’t bother folks
By far the worst airport lounge I’ve visited in the World. Dirty, noisy, a long queue for shared toilets and staff handling food (spaghetti) with gloves on. A constant queue for the toilets so went in the main airport. For such an upmarket airport it was dismal. Outside there is a Burberry and Omega shop then this dump

You cannot get through security unless your airline counter is open which is only about 3 hours before your flight. Not worth investing in the premium lounge for an extended time since” you can’t get there from here”.
We booked in advance through plaza premium website. When we checked in the man at the desk was rude, looked at our checking details with all the information and said what time you booked for? 4-6 pm He seemed confused then just pointed? When we went in there was No seating available for approx 15 minutes so we had to linger around the diners and staff working. Many other people did too, it seems they do not monitor walk in people and just let everyone in. What a fiasco it was. When we did eventually get a seat , the food buffet was depleted and had to wait another 10 mins for the hot food, plus the quality and selection was poor, thank goodness for the pasta bar. What a disappointing visit to the lounge. Further no one is willing to help or answer questions even the guy at the check in counter. He was RUDE! Most likely will not be visiting this lounge in the future. It's not just about the food it's about the ambiance of the lounge, it's definitely not like they show it in the photos,

Sam is an absolute G. She will get you set up and inside enjoying your food and drink. If I had 6 thumbs up, I’d give them all to her.

Limited choice of dishes when we entered at 5pm. Only remnants in some containers and barely warm. Tomato soup was the only hot and tasty dish on offer. One cheese cake slice offered as dessert. No breads, pastries or tasty nibbles. Staff seemed to lack enthusiasm for their work. It would have been poor value if offered at half the price. Not recommended.

Quite liked this place. Bar was self service, choice of about 5 spirits. Beer in fridge but didn't recognise any branded beers, looked more like IPA. choice of hot or cold food which was reasonable.

Once you get through customs it's great and there are plenty of options lovely food and cold beer from the fridge.
Very crowded and dirty. Food all over the floor. Bathrooms are dirty with garbage overflowing. Drinks are limited and very watered down. Seats have holes. Coffee machine was excellent. Food was average but plentiful. Loud and not comfortable to rest. We paid $160 for 2 people and they closed hours before our flight so only able to use for 3 hours which ended up to be plenty as it was not comfortable for resting. Save your money!
Excellent lounge. Staff are super friendly - constantly ensuring your dirty dishes are removed. Food is well above usual lounge fare. Lots of seat. Very impressed.
