Flight was 2 hrs late, no issues as transport waited. Comfortable van and smooth ride. Very good service.

We followed the instructions and found our contact easily. We were taken to our car and drove to the hotel. It was an effortless experience and reduced the stress out of finding your way around a busy airport. I'd recommend this service. I also appreciated that prior to our trip if I messaged Viator they responded in a very timely manner.

Horrible experience…1st off my driver wasn’t at the airport on time then showed up 1.5 hrs late..then I was given a taxi which is not what I paid for being it was my anniversary, ruined my surprise for my wife and someone needs to make this right
Dear Marcus, Thank you for your review but you missed out a lot of information, please find our investigation. You could not find your name at the meeting point so you called Nuj in the office. We immediately contacted our Airport Rep to approach you at the meeting point and arrange the car to your Hotel. We absolutely disagree with your complaint that the driver was 1.5 hours late and the vehicle used was not what you requested. Your Flight MH774 landed 17:39 hrs you had to queue at the Immigration and reclaim your luggage first. It is recorded that our Rep met you at 19:01 Hrs so in fact it took you 1 hour and 20 mins until you met our Airport Rep. So it was NOT true that the driver was late for 1.5 hours. You then said that we put you in a Taxi which is again NOT true as we even have a picture as follows of the Toyota Camry which you booked. Please notice the date and time as PROOF. https://paste.pics/Q3XXJ I am not sure why you feel you have to lie as we have overwhelming proof. In fact more pictures has been sent to Viator as you asked for a REFUND which they denied. I am not sure how or why it would ruin your anniversary surprise ? Thanks, Paul
The transportation pick up was well coordinated. We took the option to have an escort who met us as we got off the plane and he walked us through an immigration line where they expedited the process. Then we picked up our bags and he took us to the trip advisor coordinator where I saw my name posted. She called the driver and took us to him. Just having your confirmation number for the ride and your hotel information to show everyone would make the process go smoothly. It was well worth the price.

Good service provided by IAsia Thailand. I changed my pick up time a few times via WhatsApp and they are very prompt in replying to my request on the changes. The guide was waiting for us who took us to the driver a Mr Pet. He helped to carry our luggage to the van. There is also free wifi on his van that we could use. We then booked our return with them. Excellent

Was not there to greet us, another company representative called the company and got the driver to pick us up. He was 40 minutes late. The other company representative took us to the van. He drove to fast and reckless my son fell forward hitting the seat in front hard then he settled down. Extremely disappointed
26 OCT - Customer has not contacted us 27 OCT - No contact from customer. Dear Donna, Thanks for your review but I can not find your booking. We only have 1 customer (different name) that told us the wrong flight details and arrived at an earlier flight so we never met them as we were not informed. Secondly, all our vehicles have rear and front seat belts which I am sure were used?. Therefore I can not verify this was with our company. I do urge you to check your reservation and please send this to me nick@iasiathailand.com. Finally I also have checked and we have received zero complaints about any transfer. I am sure that "lucky to get to your hotel in 1 piece" would be immediately addressed in a call to the company?
