Petronas Twin Tower e-ticket incluindo a Skybridge

The building itself was pretty cool. That said, we further early as Viator instructed and waited in line. When I got to the front, the staff told me that they do not accept the Apple Wallet QR sent by viator as it’s not part of their system. He instructed me to look through all of my communications to find one that matched their tickets. I had to step out of line, go through emails (none of which had the ticket) and then went through WhatsApp where they instructed me to look for it in random messages that were sent from the local company (which bought them in bulk, causing sell out, which they then charged $20US more than Petrionas Tower did). I sorted through and luckily found it and was able to go on tour. Being overcharged and not being able to use Vistors Apple ticket made this an unnecessary stressful experience. I’d recommend skipping viator and buy tickets directly from Petronas to skip the hassle. Viator-make sure you give exact directions to guests and don’t bother sending the apple ticket if it can’t be used.

The tickets were for the wrong time. We had to wait around for another hour before our tickets worked.

Seems to be a scam site. Phone number doesn’t link to anyone. Tickets not sent. No one met at designated point. Needed to buy an additional ticket at the time. Staff were fantastic at the towers but this third party almost resulted in no stopover activity

Easy to do and very enjoyable. Viator is a great company. I used them In Japan and would definitely recommend as I have just done to a couple in the group holiday I am on.

Limited time on skybridge and observation deck. You only get 10 minutes on skybridge and 15 minutes on observation deck . Wish they would give you more time there.After observation deck down 83rd floor there is a place where you can buy drinks and lounge around with no time limit

As it is a famous landmark we wanted to see the towers however it felt like a school trip. You are told where to go and how much time you have It’s a lot of money to pay for a short experience and I feel isn’t worth it.

Must book well in advance to ensure your desired time is available. Incredible place & experience. This & KL are two must see.

Great view over KL Petronas Towers are a must for all Kualalumpur visitors. Definitely one of the most beautiful towers in the world

After payment and confirmation they will not send you the ticket and there is no REFUND, despite contacting the call Center, no body answer phone and leave message also no reply!!
