The worker was very rude and no one came to pick us up and my money wasn’t refunded instead he hung up on my face which was extremely rude
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. According to our records, our team contacted you prior to your scheduled pickup time, and the pickup was confirmed. Approximately 40 minutes before the scheduled pickup, you informed us that transportation was no longer needed. A few minutes before the pickup time, you called back and asked if we could still provide the service, and we agreed to accommodate the request. Our driver was dispatched to your location and waited for over an hour beyond the scheduled pickup time while multiple attempts were made to contact you. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you during that period and eventually had to release the driver from the location. We later received communication that there had been an issue with your phone. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but we respectfully disagree with the statement that no one came to pick you up, as our driver was present and waiting at the agreed location. We always strive to provide professional service and apologize if any part of our communication came across differently. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Can’t think of a more relaxing, enjoyable way to have started our vacation. Booking was easy, just make sure if you use a private driver to tell him that you want to go to LETHE. We were greeted by Bones. He was awesome. He made sure we had the best time. We did the Happy Hour, Limestone Bamboo Rafting. We booked the last tour of the day. Bones ensured our group of cousins each had an awesome guide. Bones played Reggae and R&B for us. He taught my husband and I how to give each other limestone massages! My feet were inflamed and he even gave me a hand picked coconut for the inflammation and massage until the inflammation went down. The trip down the river was so exhilarating and romantic. The greenery is beautiful, despite some of it still recovering from the hurricane, There was a young man on the way down the river taking drone photos, for an additional fee; WELL WORTH IT! It was amazing the return against the current back. The strength it must take to row and pull against the current was very impressive. And to shop with the Jamaican ladies who made their own jewelry.; they also had other items for sale. Definitely going back to them on our next visit. Bring extra cash for pictures, souvenirs and happy hour. Worth every dollar! Well done Bones.

We had a great day with Simms Tours. We did Rafting at White River and lunch at Mahogany Beach. Alando was very efficient with getting us to and from our excursion on time for our sail time.
