We booked the Cinque Terre Day Tour from Florence via Klook, and it completely exceeded our expectations! A massive shoutout to our tour guide, Marta, who truly made the day unforgettable. She was absolute perfection—incredibly friendly, warm, and kind from start to finish. Her time management was impeccable, ensuring everything ran seamlessly without ever making us feel rushed. The overall pace of the tour was just right, giving us plenty of sufficient time to wander, soak in the atmosphere, and really feel the unique charm of each village. On top of that, Marta showered us with amazing local tips and recommendations—from the absolute best viewpoints for photos to fantastic food spots and authentic souvenir recommendations. If you're thinking about taking this trip from Florence, do it—and hope you're lucky enough to get Marta as your guide! Highly recommended!

This was an amazing tour and Marta our guide was fabulous. She kept us informed on schedule but in a very relaxed way. We loved her sense of humor. Our bus driver, Diego, was the best! The three towns we visited were so quaint & beautiful. The food was amazing and lemon everything was so delicious & refreshing. The ferry ride was a treat also. We enjoyed it so much and can’t wait to return to beautiful Cinque Terre. 🇮🇹

Marta the guide and Diego the driver were awesome. However, the tour description was very misleading. It stated we would visit all five villages in Cinque Terra however we only made it to three with no travel delays.

Marta was excellent guide and made sure we were everywhere we needed to be and gave us time to see everything. It is a long day but it’s a great way to be introduced to Cinque Terre. My only negative was the directions to the meeting place need to be clearer. We had a hard time finding it.
