When we first booked this experience, there was no availability for the boat trip that we were originally supposed to be going on, but then an agent reached out to us by phone to say that there was availability for the luxury cruise for €40 extra per person for the following day. After we eventually got our confirmation email for the trip (which we had to chase up several times), it stated that the pick up time was before 8:30 outside of our hotel. A little confused by this, my friend and I called the agent again and she stated that the pick up time would be at 7:25am. We got to where we needed to be as per the confirmation email for around 7:15 and waited. It got to around 7:35 and my friend and I were growing increasingly concerned at the fact that the transport that we arranged for did not show up. When we got through to the agent, we asked where the driver was and she said that the driver had left without us as we were not waiting at the right place, baring in mind that the confirmation email stated our hotel is the pick up point. She advised us to go to the port ourselves but then shortly after that, she said that there wouldn’t be enough time for us to reach there to make the boat trip, so she said that we will be refunded. Accepting defeat, my friend and I headed back up to our room. When we got back, the agent called us back again to ask for proof of when she said that 7:25 was the pick up time, we reminded her that she told us this via phone. The phone was on loudspeaker so both my friend and I heard her say that 7:25 was the pick up time. She then proceeded to shout down the phone at us saying “we would’ve never told you to wait outside your hotel, we would’ve never picked you up at 7:25,” when the email confirmation and previous phone call stated otherwise. Though this was not Viator’s wrongdoing, we did not get to experience this boat trip for this reason.
The boat experience was amazing . Sorry to say the bus driver who picked us in the morning was very rude was very disrespectful positive feed back the bus driver in the evening was very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely experience, got to see blue waters from so close.. weather was perfect and cherry on top were the cocktails on board

Incredible day in Paxos and Antipaxos, with water of exceptional clarity and truly pleasant swimming. The landscapes are stunning and clearly worth the detour. However, there were many boats anchored in the same spot during swimming, and some appeared poorly maintained, with occasional small traces of fuel in the water, which is unfortunate. The boat ride is a bit long, but the experience is still something to do at least once in a lifetime.

Action-packed day. Friendly staff and comfortable ship. Just the right amount of activities for the time allocated. Also, it was cheaper through Viator than local companies!

Trip to Paxos and Antipaxos in April 2026, Nice boat cruise, very windy in the middle of the sea jacket or hoodie = good idea!
