Você gosta de Pasta, Pesto e Tiramisù? Esta é a classe certa para você aprender a fazer a partir do zero nossa pasta feita à mão local (Trofie), seu condimento (PESTO Genovese) e, para esquecer as escadas que você levou para chegar à minha cozinha, o TIRAMISU cremoso', de acordo com a técnica tradicional e a receita da minha avó. A experiência acontece em minha casa particular do século XVI em Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) localizada no centro da aldeia onde o meu cão Ettore e eu vamos recebê-lo com um copo de prosecco. Depois de alguns passos você pode apreciar a vista deslumbrante da aldeia e do mar a partir do terraço do telhado no 3o andar do edifício. As características casas-torre coloridas são construídas seguindo a orografia íngreme da colina e dão um olhar fantástico acima de tudo do mar.

What a wonderful experience! We loved learning about the history, culture, techniques, and joy of cooking pesto! Luca was so knowledgeable, kind, funny, and a fantastic host. We shared a special evening together and made new friends. Highly recommend!!! Our meal was delicious!!! 😃❤️
Luca was gracious and funny. He explained the regional culture of the food and talked us through each element. His communication and directions prior to the class was excellent. Absolutely follow his map. There are quite a few stair once you make the turn, be ready. The food was delightful. We had a great group of 8 people so we had plenty of opportunity to learn.

FANTASTIC! Cooking with Luca was one of our favorite experiences on our trip. Luca is awesome! He is a great teacher (we learned a lot) and his class was so fun. Luca has a great personality and is a fun and easy person to chat with. The food was delicious, one of the best meals of our trip. Highly recommend!
We took the ferry from Monterosso to Riomaggiore for our class. It was a beautiful ride, but our time with Lucca was even more magical. Lucca is a delightful host. We learned history of the food and he was very funny and kind in his instruction. Our meal was perfectly delicious! It was our best night in Italy/CT so far. Would highly recommend this amazing class with Lucca!
Luca was a fantastic host, very knowledgeable about local culture and cuisine. The pasta was the best we had the entire time we were in Cinque terre and we had a great time making it - views from his apartment are also amazing! LGBTQ friendly
Luca was a delightful host. The map given the morning of the cooking class is the only one you should use. Google doesn't work.
What a lovely afternoon. Our cooking class was so much fun! Luca is an excellent teacher, a great host, and a funny and delightful person. We made tiramisu, the most delicious pesto, and a pasta that everyone else in the class but me learned to shape! It was, nevertheless, delicious.
Luca provides a friendly, fun and authentic experience that is not to be missed. You do not need to be a cook to enjoy this activity. You just need to be enthusiastic and of course hungry! My wife and I loved the entire event and would happily join Luca again for another evening!
Great experience, made better pesto than the restaurants we tried. Small group made the experience nice. Would recommend
