Descubra o Vale do Cocora com todas as suas atrações artificiais e naturais, incluindo um passeio a cavalo até o rio com uma pequena cachoeira (você pode cavalgar sem experiência). Além disso, conheça a verdadeira beleza dos vales e dos mirantes de palmeiras de cera, juntamente com suas belas paisagens de 360 graus e atrações, como o grande letreiro de Cocora. Depois de tanta diversão, nada melhor que o almoço típico (Arroz, salada, patacón gigante com truta, hogao e limonada). Se você não gosta de peixe, pode substituí-lo por carne bovina, filé de frango ou bife de porco (dependendo da carne, o prato pode ter variações). Aventure-se em uma visita à cachoeira de Santa Rita, onde você pode visitar uma bela e encantadora propriedade e seus jardins antes de começar o resto da caminhada, passando pelos antigos túneis ferroviários, pela floresta natural, pelas paisagens do acampamento e pelas pontes suspensas. Ao chegar à cachoeira, você terá um trocador para poder nadar.

Itinerário
Partindo de Salento, município pai de Quindío, partiremos para o Vale Cocora no transporte jeep willys por aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos, acompanhados pelo guia local.
Fizemos um lindo passeio pelo vale das palmeiras e mirantes de palmeiras de cera da Colômbia e a área do início da montanha.
Passeio a cavalo de aproximadamente 30 minutos (opcional) desde o estábulo de esperanza até a mini floresta natural e passagem pelo rio que forma uma pequena cachoeira.
Almoço típico de Salento (arroz, feijão ou grão do dia, carne do dia, salada ou limonada) ou combinado com truta patacon gigante, porco ou frango com salada, arroz e limonada.
Visita à fazenda Santa Rita que em um passeio tipo circuito nos deixará ver uma cachoeira de 17 metros que podemos acessar, uma piscina natural, (grutas e túneis opcionais)

We went on the tour with Nicolas and were amazed by the wax palms. When you stop for a little coffee, make sure to try the cake with guava and cheese!

Loved this tour, it had everything we wanted. Daniel was an excellent guide and pointed out a lot of things we would've missed about plants, nature, native birds, and the history. The horse back riding was a great experience but in the short side, there are other tours that feature more of that if you want a longer house back riding experience. The views from the lookout of the cocora valley are stunning. You will see nature in its splendor as well as all the photo op spots (the hand, wings, cocora valley sign, etc). There's also the option of a seeing a bigger waterfall or smaller one. We chose the one big one. The hike to get there was steep and challenging so be forewarned. We made it and it was worth the effort. Bonus, this cute dog that lives on the area will walk up with you and guide you to the spot. Overall great experience and I would recommend.
This was a great tour! Our guide Dani was so kind and informative. We learned a lot and had a great day of adventures. I enjoyed having a guide to handle everything even though it is possible to go on your own. He taught us a lot of things I wouldn't otherwise know about the area. Great experience!
The tour was a great way to experience the Cocora Valley. I really enjoyed being able to be in the valley before large amounts of people arrived for the day. Would definitely recommend.
