I think we got lucky, because my husband and I were the only ones on the boat! Sadly we did not see any turtles or sharks during the boat ride, but we saw plenty of fish, starfish, and the shipwreck! The attendant was nice! He pointed out many different sea life! I did not know we would snorkel after the boat ride as well! Super fun! The pictures were beautiful I had to buy them!
You cancelled the tour on the day without giving refund. And on my booking stands "complete". How can it be complete, when it is cancelled. And it is impossible to find out how to get a refund. There is no useful information at Viator's homepage. And I did not get any useful instructions from the guy sending message about cancellation. He just send me another number to Whatsapp. And from that number I only got a automatic answer. Neither this number or the first guy has been answering me after that (the 1st of February). Haven't heard anything at all from Viator.

The weather experience was cancelled now I don't know how to contact for refund is impossible to answer a message where I was sent by the viator

Great experience and would highly recommend it if you’ve never been. Crew were great and 2 beers included. Lol
It’s not as easy to get in boat or out. But once that was accomplished I had a great time! Great guide!!! Should have been longer. I wanted to snorkel more
After I paid $20 to take a taxi, I was advised the excursion was cancelled due to weather. The lady said she would send a message for me to get a refund. However, Viator still hasn't received the message. I'm basically out $100 at this point.

Loved Manuel our guide- such passion and knowledge for the ocean and so much fun! Water and boat were so clear!
Had a great time with Luis and the crew at Envatours. Our 1 and 4 year old daughters loved getting to see everything on the sea floor from the boat. I was worried I might get some motion sickness but had no problems. Be aware, there is about a 2 block walk from their shop to the pier but this was not a problem for us. We would do this again!
To start off, the boat is really cool and fun to ride in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The problem is that the "shipwrecks" are just former coast guard patrol boats intentionally sunk to start a reef. The coral and the fish have not caught up with the plan. The snorkeling time was a boring patch of very little sea life. Recommend you do something else more interesting.
We are very sorry that you did not like it, however the tour as you say is great, the sunken ships are a tourist attraction and recreational for diving tourism and people who want to see something very different.
