Por que recomendamos o passeio de lancha Uros e Taquile? O principal motivo é que encurtamos o tempo de navegação no lago, tendo mais tempo para aproveitar as visitas em Uros e Taquile, além de termos passeios mais tranquilos e sermos mais confortáveis porque o barco também é mais espaçoso e confortável. Os lugares que se visitam são os mesmos do passeio de barco normal do Tour dos Uros e Taquile: 2 ilhas nos Uros (das mais de 90 ilhas que compõem essas ilhas flutuantes) Ilha Taquile, onde visitaremos sua praça principal para almoçar e apreciar seus costumes, belas vistas do lago e seus tecidos. Como mencionamos anteriormente, a diferença é basicamente o tempo de navegação que cada barco faz, como mostramos a seguir.

As advertised. Faster boat so more time on the islands you stop on. Fun day of culture. We lucked out and had a sunny day. Boat is enclosed for weather but you can go up top as well.

Visiting these islands is a worthwhile experience. The guide did not take the boat to the Uros Islands, where we could talk with local families and then take a ride on the typical boats made with reeds. Then we continue the tour of Lake Titicaca to Taquile. There we were greeted with typical music and dances in a small artisan market. Then we had lunch and while eating, the guide told us details about the history and culture of the place. I chose to do it by speedboat, which I highly recommend. You can leave your belongings in the boat as it is the same boat that accompanies the whole tour. The tour had pick up and return to the hotel, so in short, a very complete and well organized tour ideal to know the life and traditions on the lake.

“Speed” boat is being generous, but it is faster than paddling. It was comfortable, top and bottom. The guide was excellent and the Uros Islands are indescribable. Got to learn about them yourself. Tequile was lovely and we had a great lunch.
