Fred was amazing. We learned so much history of Portugal and Lisbon. We weren’t rushed - he was fabulous and we saw a lot of different neighborhoods.

My daughter and I had just arrived in Lisbon and took our hotel’s guest relations manager’s recommendation to do a walking tour of the city to familiarise ourselves before our 2 week stay. So glad we did as we were brought on an interesting 3km walk over 3 hours of the city’s winding streets around our hotel. Ines was knowledgeable, passionate about her city of Lisboa and introduced us to a local’s perspective. Her knowledge of the history of Lisboa was also excellent. We made a few unscheduled shopping stops along the way when something caught our eye but Ines was always obliging and flexible. Leather boots are a good buy in Lisbon. I had issues figuring out the laces and it was Ines on the floor in front of me trying to help me tie the laces without my asking. Service with a capital S. Thanks, Ines.
