I've seen before in Bacalar and the experience with Angel has been by far the best, you can see the experience with sails and knowledge of the lagoon, plus its charisma and warmth makes you feel like being with a friend. Thank you! I will definitely come back
WOW!! BOOK NOW!! This was by far the best experience of our trip. We booked the night before the event & we received an immediate reply with all the details of location & if we needed anything to be brought on boat such as specific drinks. Since we were celebrating my sons 16th birthday, I requested a small cupcake. The next morning our car was stuck in a pothole & arrived 10 minutes before departure & they very gracefully took us in, they gave us time to use their restrooms & then we boarded. From the moment we met Angel & Ximena we knew it would be a great experience. Angel is born & raised in Bacalar & was very knowledgeable. Instead of a small cupcake, they brought this delicious tres leches round cake with a gold happy birthday sign, it was just perfect. My son was very surprised when he heard the Spanish happy birthday song playing out load from inside the boat & here comes Ximena holding the cake singing as we all jointed in to sing!! I swear my tall 16 year old varsity wrestler teen had tears & was smiling ear to ear. It was a core memory for all of us. Angel was THE BEST & we highly recommend booking with him!!! The lagoon from a boat gives you access to many secluded locations. Book it, you won’t regret it!!
In December we decided to go on a tour As a couple the truth if I recommend it the boy aldair at all times was very attentive, professional and above all friendly, we had a great time and certainly recommend it widely
Excellent attention from Angel and Memo. I was asked to marry during the tour and Memo super attentive made us a video and Angel excellent explanation of everything. Both very friendly and professional. We highly recommend it.
Excellent experience, we went in the afternoon to go was very good schedule the water is very good weather and they let you swim in areas where the water is low.
