O antigo sítio fenício continha um farol que dá nome à colina Gibralfaro (Jbel-Faro, ou Montanha do Farol). Foi Abderramán III quem transformou as antigas ruínas que existiam antes da chegada dos romanos em uma fortaleza. A fortaleza foi expandida e convertida em castelo pelo rei nasrida Yusuf I em 1340. O castelo foi alvo de um forte cerco pelos Reis Católicos durante o verão de 1487. Após o cerco, Fernando, o Católico, tomou-a como residência, enquanto Isabel I de Castela escolheu viver na cidade.
A Praia da Malagueta é uma praia no distrito Centro da cidade de Málaga, na Andaluzia, Espanha. Esta é uma praia urbana de areia escura localizada na costa leste da cidade, entre o porto de Málaga e a praia de La Caleta. Tem cerca de 1.200 metros de comprimento e 45 metros de largura, em média.
La Farola é um farol localizado na cidade espanhola de Málaga, na comunidade autónoma da Andaluzia. Obra do engenheiro Joaquín María Pery y Guzmán, sua construção foi concluída em 1817, estando então localizada na entrada do Porto de Málaga

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Malaga. Our tour guide was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the area. We visited some traditional areas of the city as well as all the tourist hotspots. Our guide organised us a booking for lunch in a very busy restaurant spot which we were very grateful for. Very enjoyable tour, I would highly recommend!

We were waiting for our pre-booked TukTuk tour in Malaga - so we could get up to the fort without having to walk up in the heat We waited for 25mins & our Tour didn’t show. In that time we got talking to Ernesto at a different TukTuk tour company & he was fabulous, recommending where to head off to. Our tour never showed, so we headed off with Ernesto on Tuk&Flow & he gave us the tour we had booked with his competitor. It was BRILLIANT - we went around a neighbourhood that we would never have seen on foot; to the beautiful hotel below the fort & then up to the Fort itself. He happily waited whilst we went in & around & had a good look. He then took us back down to where we were staying, taking in a few other places - we saw the birthplace of Picasso, which was lovely to see. Highly recommend this fabulous, happy tour guide. Ernesto was the Besto!
