Super Benjamin, perfectly organized, friendly, and would love to do it again. You are a top team. On the way back, Helene Fischer was playing too. It doesn't get any better than this.
The experience was very pleasant, the guides were very responsible and kind. Everything went as planned! I recommend the Coral agency
We had a great time on the tour. The guides were wonderful and helped my kiddo out with the snorkeling. We also got to see a sunken plane
What a great time my family and I had! The check in process was clear, Benjamin and the crew were the best! We seen so many fish while snorkeling, swam over the sunken plane, the island had a beautiful beach and the lunch was good. The boat ride back was a little rough, but not bad at all. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour!
If you are visiting Cartagena, this is the best excursion. Guides are the best. Don't have second thoughts, just book it.
Incredible experience, highly recommended, the guides were very kind, snorkeling is an unmissable experience, the tour to the islands and the stay at the tranquil beach was very relaxing!
The tour was wonderful. The crew was very professional, knowledgable, friendly, and attentive, especially Carlos. The tour was fun and also a family friendly tour. We went with family which included 5 teenagers/young adults. Everyone loved it. Playa Blanca where we had lunch and beach time was beautiful. The speedboat was also fun…it was fast and sometimes we got splashed. I think the speedboat is an advantage because you would get to the islands faster than a catamaran, allowing more time there. We chose to snorkel instead of oceanarium. It was sad to see lots of dead coral but we saw lots of beautiful fish which was great. I would 100% recommend it.
I am very, very grateful to all the guides; they were incredibly kind and provided a lot of support to my father, who is elderly. They showed him immense patience and empathy, and at all times they had a great attitude. The explanations were very good, the places were incredibly beautiful, the boat was great, and the activities were excellent. I am very thankful for everything and highly recommend this tour. Without a doubt, I would return with them if I go back to Cartagena.
The tour was spectacular! The best I have taken in Cartagena and I have done many tours in the past. The fast speed boat is newer and you don’t feel a thing. Everything is super organized and we were one of the first to leave the dock which offers a much better experience for the first snorkeling part. For the first part you pick between two activities the acuario which I don’t recommend or the snorkel which I loved. For this choice, you must swim in open water for about 40min but you don’t need to be a strong swimmer (trust me I am not and I always felt safe), they provide the life jacket and they have floaters you can hold to if required. Plus the crew Kevin and Carlos are beyond attentive making sure everyone is safe the entire time. They are bilingual in English and Spanish and they make sure everyone feels included. If you pick the acuario the stay is too short to enjoy anything plus compared to other acuarios this one in my opinion is not worth the extra money. The first option lets you see lots of fish, corals and other weird and different species like water tarantula that don’t bite but you get to hold. Then a short 10 min stop to the sunken plane and lastly about 3hrs at the highlight of the trip…playa blanca but we docked at the calmer section called playa tranquila. You are Met with an entire area reserved for us. This section of the beach seemed to be the best maintained area which was very clean, staff attentive and excellent fish option… not sure about the other options but the tour offers you 4 food options. They also give you water on the boat and the beach was clean with clear blue water. First part of the stay was not busy since we beat the crowds it did become busier with more boats unloading tourists in the area during the last hour of our stay but not bad. The street vendor here are less and not as aggressive. You say no and they go! I really enjoyed all aspects of this tour will definitely do it again!!
I started writing this review half way through the trip while sitting on the Playa Blanca beach drinking a pina colada. This was so much more than expected. Kevin, Benjamin, and Carlos were attentive, wonderful guides. They were so respectful and wanted to make sure we were having fun, and at the same time be safe. Our captain really knew how to navigate the waves and I was very impressed with his driving skill. The snorkeling part of the trip was amazing- we got to see so many species of fish and even a plane wreck! The guides made sure we all stuck together and also pointed out different landmarks, fish, and coral. Be sure to bring a lot of water and sunscreen! P.S. I always look at the negative reviews to see why people wrote them. In this instance, the complaints were about the island people trying to sell you things. You have to remember when you are going somewhere in which tourism is one of the main sources of income for these people to live, this will be an issue. But it should not reflect poorly on the tour. I would recommend this in a heartbeat!
