I booked a guided tour of the Giralda and the cathedral of Seville, they canceled my guided reservation and switched me to a regular one without an audio guide and without further explanations. I tried to contact them by phone and nothing, I wrote emails and they do not respond. So far, after several days, they have not refunded my money.

Respecto al importe correspondiente por la modificación del servicio, la devolución se gestiona según la adaptación realizada. Ten en cuenta que los reembolsos pueden tardar entre 7 y 10 días en verse reflejados, dependiendo de la entidad bancaria. También tomamos nota de tu comentario sobre la dificultad para contactar con nuestro equipo, ya que es un punto importante que debemos seguir mejorando en este tipo de incidencias. This is a total rip off. I thought I was buying from the cathedral itself but somehow ended up buying from My Top Tour. Wrong information on the ticket (though it did work) and $35 instead of $13. Shame on them.

I booked a guided tour because the official website had sold out. The arrangements for meeting up were ok but the tour very disappointing. Two problems. 1. The information provided was very basic. 2. The guide wanted us to cheer and high-five like we were at a sports game. He was from Seville so it is up to him how he likes to behave in his city’s cathedral but I thought it wholly inappropriate for a religious building and I am not a religious person. The two children on the tour might have liked it but if you want an informed guide and a tour respectful of the place go elsewhere.

Technically it’s not a scam but it is a ripoff. Here’s how it works: You go online to the official site for tickets to the Cathedral and they show that no tickets are available for the following day. You say, “Darn I really want to see the cathedral and the tower.” So you do a google search and My Top Tour is the first result (they have a skilled SEO manager) and their website looks legit. You book your tour for more than 3x the price of a ticket. The next day you meet the guides under the orange umbrella. They are, for the most part, nice people. One of them takes you and your group (nearly 20 people in my case) into the cathedral. As you are entering you notice that PEOPLE ARE BUYING TICKETS AT THE NORMAL PRICE AT THE TICKET COUNTER. You realize you’ve been suckered. There’s nothing you can do. You find it hard to look at your tour guide without resentment even though she seems sweet and knowledgeable about the place. You decide to just let it go and enjoy yourself. TLDR: purchase tickets at the cathedral even if they are not available online.
Bit confusing to find meeting point and if you need to collect tickets first. When you get to meeting point it's all fine
Tickets paid 35€ per person for access to the Cathedral with skip-the-line Official price 13€ per person Arriving: no priority access, the Cathedral employee telling us "you paid more for nothing" I am still waiting for a reply to my emails asking for a refund of the difference in ticket prices. Inadmissible
This tour was a great way to beat the long lines to get into the cathedral. Plus, we learned a lot. Our tour guide (sorry, I don't remember her name) had a lot of interesting information to share with us. She really knew her way around the cathedral and was able to move the group around efficiently. Highly recommend.

I booked a tour for my family on a Wednesday, they sent me tickets dated the following week and we were not allowed to enter. When I asked for a refund they sent me the correctly dated tickets after the day was over!!! These folks are a scam!!! Do not use them!!!

Find a less hectic day to go. There was a religious procession about to happen and many tours were taking place inside the Cathedral at the same time. Our tour guide said that she needed to meet another group outside and I felt a bit rushed through this magnificent church.
