Good way to see the main sights of the city, especially if you only have a hours. Hector, our driver was very informative , friendly and respectful.
We arrived at preset time. Looked around inside by the taxi and van pickup area. Did not see any Pneumonias. Asked port staff where to find Tour Time Mazatlan and they did not seem to know them. Went outside to main street. There were a lot of pneumonias out there but no one had any signs. Asked a cab driver and showed him out paperwork. He took us to a pneumonia and told us to get in. We showed our paperwork to the driver and we started out trip. Turns out this was not our assigned vehicle or driver. Had to pay in full again, as they did not accept our Viator paperwork. Pickup information provided was not clear. I do recommend this tour, just a poor operator and instructions.
We had the best time on this tour. Alberto was a fantastic guide and showed us so much of Mazatlan. We love seeing the open air market and the beautiful look out spots. My only regret is that my magnet I bought of the pulmonia car was not in my bag when we got back to our cruise ship. I’m very sad about that. Alberto took pictures of us in the car. I hope he will text them to us.
We loved this tour and our tour guide Hector who did a wonderful job. Hector took the time to interact with us to plan the best tour possible for us. We would never have had such a great experience and observed and learned so much about Mazatlan and it’s people without him. It has encouraged us to return to this beautiful city again. Looking forward to Hector showing us more on our next trip. Tim and Janet Ryan Ypsilanti, MICHIGAN
Our guide, Alberto, was fantastic! He has lived in Mazatlan all his life thus very knowledgeable about the city, its districts, architecture, history, and traditions. Very friendly and encouraged us to ask questions. We also appreciated that he was safety conscious-always making sure we were aware of potential hazards while walking, getting in and out of the pulmonia, and making sure we were comfortable with stairs, etc. Highly recommend!
We took a two hour pulmonia tour of Matzatlan. Our driver, Hector, was a very good English speaker and very informative! We visited various sections of Mazatlan from the coast to the historical area. Loved the tour! We also enjoyed watching the cliff divers at diving off the cliff!
It is a 3-hour walk that allows you to see the most important of Mazatlan. We really enjoyed getting into the pneumonia and Mr. Alberto the very friendly guide and explained history of the state.
Our tour guide, Hector, was communicative and professional throughout the entire tour. Upon arrival, Hector asked some questions to ensure that he maximizes our sightseeing experience! Prior to driving off, he offered a cold beverage on a warm day. Hector provided an informative tour of the city and answered all of our the questions. I would definitely recommend this tour!
Clean comfortable and experienced. We had a great time learning about the seperate districts in town and we got to aee a large partvof the city..
We had a great time on our pulmonia tour. It was an excellent personal experience for a group of 4 who had never been to Mazatlan. This was part of a port day on our cruise. We had other plans for the morning so we were glad they offered an afternoon option. The company communicated well. We could reach them through Viator or by call, text or WhatsApp if we wanted. Willie met us at the resort lobby. He had Cokes and Frescas for us and he had beer available too. Willie is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been doing these tours for many years. English is no problem, and he handled our gringo Spanish and lots of questions with humor. Traffic noise makes it a little hard to hear from the back seat. We drove along the Malecón and stopped to take photos of the giant figures still up from Mardi Gras as well as the other sculptures. Sometimes we took photos from the vehicles and other times got out for a closer look and photos. He just pulled up along the curb. We saw the platform for the cliff divers, but no one was there. Maybe because of low tide and afternoon heat? The cathedral is also closed in the later afternoon. So that is important to know. Willie treated us to fresh churros from a street vendor. They were the best we’ve ever had, crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. We toured some of the old town and stopped for shopping at the main Mercado. Willie waited for us. Then we drove to Overlook Hill with a view of El Faro and the harbor. Great views and a nice breeze. Willie dropped us back at the cruise terminal with plenty of time to get back to the ship. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Willie and would recommend his tour any day.
