The terrible tour operator had us wait for over half an hour, never responding until we found their phone number and then telling us that they were cancelling the tour due to bad weather. They then cancelled the tour with Viator telling them it was oversold, but at the same time were still offering it at 10 times the prize. We wanted to celebrate a birthday and were left with nothing after spending all morning between going to the place and waiting.
Baku is an amazing place . Upcoming city with great respect for guests and super safe . “Azerbaijan Adventures” is a good company to take us around. Punctual , knowledgeable , understanding of guests, their priorities etc .Our tour guide “Arif” is an excellent youngster with tonnes of patience and knowledge. Trust me , These people are not here to make money . They love their country and want us to experience and enjoy every bit of it . Thank you Arif for your excellent trip. We thoroughly enjoyed and going home with tonnes of experiences and memories from this place .
