We saw dolphins and turtles; Marco and his dog Ares brought us much joy, he showed and told us many interesting things, but one should be able to speak English (even though we had requested a German guide). In the end, it wasn't a problem because we all spoke English, but it's important to know. Otherwise, a wonderful experience! We were even able to kayak together as three.

We had an amazing kayak experience - thank you Dimitri for guiding the group. Saw so many dolphins, enjoyed snorkeling. Children had a great time.

My Wife and I had a great time.Reasonably priced.Tour lasts around two hours.Seen a family of Dolphins and was lucky enough to see a sea turtle.Stopped to do a bit of snorkelling and see a cave.Nice relaxed atmosphere.Marco is an exceptional tour guide with passion for what he does.Professional service all round.Picked up at our hotel and dropped back after the excursion.

We had a brilliant time with Marco. We had read reviews from other companies about the kayaking being quite intense/long but I really appreciated how he emphasised it was a relaxed experience. It felt like we were taking our time rather than rushing around. He told us about the island and if we had other questions he was happy to answer them. He was really fun and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be taking us out. I like that he got us to keep a respectful distance from the creatures. We saw the dolphins lots and also a turtle. We also went into an amazing cave. Really fun and I highly recommend it. Ooh also a big bonus to meet his lovely dog who came with us 💚

A fun, very lively and pleasant experience, delighted

We had a good time with Marco, thank you for that however it did not reached our expectations for that price and for that nice island. We did almost 45min less than expected, more a question of organization for us. A LOT of time waiting on the water rather than kayaking. Marco had a dog in the kayak always jumping off. When you try not to afraid dolphins and turtles, it is not great (and we felt it) and was too often and keeping him managing the dog too often rather than us. The snorkling spot is not « bad », but we saw the same thing easily in natural swimming pool for example, so we were hoping to see more. Not a lot of infos/culture shared during the experience. The global feeling is that the activity content needs to be more developped to really enjoy and remember it.

My daughter and son in law booked this experience to celebrate my 60 birthday. The people who sold us the experience were called Blue Diamond in Costa Adeje. So I explained to the owner that I was 60 and would need help getting into and out of the kayak. Anyway, as soon as I saw the rocky shore and the waves crashing that meant undercurrents which makes it unsuitable for effective safe snorkelling. Dimitry and Marco come across as good guys but they were more interested in salivating over the young beautiful girls in thong bikini's and taking photos. This was not a small group as they say! There was roughly 12/13 groups and some were absolute arrogant idiots, one particular couple kept bashing into us. Once we stopped and the kayaks were tied up shoddidly where we were meant to go snorkelling. As I got out I got whacked by a kayak, then that idiotic couple deliberately smashed into my head. This is not safe. Marco and Dimitry were no where to be seen. I swam back to my kayak, whilst struggling to get in because of the way they tied the kayaks together. Others tried to get me back into the kayak but my legs were trapped. Everyone tried to get Marco and Dimitry to come and help me back in. Both of them telling me to get back in differently then, Marco took my life jacket off and as soon as I was back in the kayak both of them sped off leaving me without a life jacket even though I was calling them. Next my two came back to get back into the kayak, by now the current and waves had picked up and pulling al the kayaks further away from the shore. Unfortunately the kayak tipped and I went flying out of the kayak without a life jacket. Now I am panicking because I can feel the current pulling at my legs. Everyone was calling them both over. Dimitry had a go at me for not being able to swim and told me off for falling into the sea. Others came to my defence. I had a go at him for running off and told him that Marco took my life jacket and this wasn't funny. He said, it's not his fault I didn't get his jokes! Ignorance! My daughter gave me her life jacket. After that we were all told to kayak back to the shore. Marco nor Dimitry cared about us, my two were struggling to turn the kayak back against the current. They noticed that they had not been unhooked, sheer negligence. Then they pulled out the anchor that was weighing our kayak down. Marco and Dimitry need to be done for sheer negligence and for me nearly losing my life as a result. When I complained to Blue Diamond. The wife basically called me a liar and I told her that she was welcome to laugh about me behind my back. She changed her tune the moment my two came along, she even tried to blame me for Marco taking my life jacket. She was too busy telling me that Marco must be single again because he was too busy taking photos of the girl. She didn't even offer a refund. Her husband is the good cop in this scenario. Negligence is negligence. Neither of them rang the company up there and then and took the issue up, never offered an apology and basically blamed me. I have been snorkelling, surfing and kayaking around Hawaii and believe you me, they know how to keep people safe because they know how to read the seas. If you value your life avoid these shysters. They only care about the money.

Great experience, we saw turtles and dolphins!!! Took our breath away.... Just a fantastic time, kayaking on the water. Marco, our guide (and his dog, Ares:) ) were faboulos. Funny, knowledgable, speaks French, Spanish, English. Would definitely recommend.

Did this trip with Son 20 and daughters 18 and 11. Definitely recommend it. Good communication from organisers the day before and bonus of a pick up and return to Adeje at a much lower cost than getting a taxi. On the day you arrive, you can leave a bag of spare clothes or whatever with the organisers on the beach front and are given a 5 litre waterproof bag to take on the 2-3 person kayak , a life jacket and snorkel mask and after a safety briefing you are in the kayak on the water. If you have sea shoes they are useful because it is a stony beach and a little bit uncomfortable on bare feet getting into the sea but you are in the kayak so quick don't worry about it. Party leader (Dimitri) was spot on with his instructions and safety briefing and then led us around two fish farms where we saw 3 turtles and some larger fish. No dolphins were spotted on the day of our trip but that's wild nature, there's no guarantees and don't forget this is not a zoo trip. After about an hour we stopped for snorkelling close to the cliffs which was fun and you could see some big fish and other sea creatures. After maybe 20 minutes back on the kayaks and to the entrance of a pretty cave. Dimitri took lots of photographs of the group and individual kayaks on a GoPro at various stages which you could get link to the contents and download for 15 euro per kayak which saved worrying about trying to take pictures on phones on the water. From the cave kayak back to the shore and quick dry off and change then return back to hotel. There is a portaloo on the beachfront near the arrival / departure point. There is a beach bar but otherwise it's a very quiet place. My children and I all enjoyed it however the youngest hasn't snorkelled before so found that a bit daunting / confusing - worth showing a child before departure how the goggles and tube works if they haven't done it before and to check the equipment is ok and working. What I would say as a word of warning is that the 11 year old found the kayak paddling too hard and I ended up paddling for two. Not a problem as I'm physically fit and have kayaked for fun before but I would caution against anyone who is not reasonably fit or a total newbie to kayaking going out with an under 13 on their own as it's tiring work and as the trip runs to a timetable to ensure you have the best chance of seeing the wildlife, experiencing the snorkelling and cave you will need to keep up with the main group or will get left behind. We would definitely do this trip again and I consider it very good value for money.
