In 2021 we met this tour and it was an experience that I still remember pleasant and innovative, even photography we liked a lot. Now it wasn't like this: 1. Funnily enough, they put us in a boat where there were no foreigners. 2. There were only 10 people in the boat and there was limited information to the rock formations, short times to appreciate them, it was more the journey to go alone to the arch and focus on the photos. 3. The guide was cool but I noticed that he focused more on personal talk than on the tour which was distracting and did not fully enjoy the tour. 4. We didn’t quite like the photos because there were more boats and they were meddling in the shot. The cost increased to almost double that of when we acquired them in 2021. 5. The reservation was simple with enva agent only we would have loved to have been put on faster because we arrived more than 1 hour before the walk. 6. It's already tasteful, but I don't think they should be asking for tips for the ride: Captain. I think that’s why the tour is paid for and it’s usually uncomfortable because they make you feel like “you should tip” if you don’t look bad that some give and others don’t. 7. Another topic that I evaluate ahead of time, Tripadvisor also offers this tour at a lower price but the enva advisor suggested that there are usually problems or that they do not respect your reservation (something like that) and so I decided to do it with them, I do not know what is better: buy directly with enva or by platform/vendors in the marina (which I understand usually have a more accessible cost and the same tour).

Initial experience was very detrimental due to dirty,curly up,disgusting menus.food was mediocre and service was reasonable.

Underwhelming, super busy, and more focused on the photo shoot for those so inclined than on the formations and history- curious if the captain makes commission on the photos? Positive- got on the water, saw the arch

I had a great time on the clear boat! Louis was a great guide; he made it very fun and got some really good photos of me. We got to see lots of fish. I came in on the cruise, and they were very late getting us off the boat. Envotours was very kind to move my booking to the next available slot at no extra charge. What a relief!

EXCELLENT COMPANY! I am always skeptical of prebooked experiences, especially in Mexico where we have had bad ones. but this one was great. the guides were friendly, knowledgeable and offered to take photos with our camera vs buying professional photos. i was worried that they were going to pressure us to buy theirs, but they did not. i highly recommend this tour AND this company. don't just show up at the docks as a million guys will swarm you to take advantage of you. we just sat at a nearby bar until it was our time then headed over & boarded the boat. they also didn't make us talk like some guides make everyone talk and participate in their jokes and stories. these guys were amazing. and their prices were really good... that's why i was afraid.
Took the 45 min. clear boat tour to the Arch with Envatours and loved it! Good, clear safety intro, then out of the marina. Noted that shoes were not allowed into the plastic boat to ensure that the bottom stayed scratch-free. It was great watching through the bottom to see fish, rocks, etc. Placing cell phone face down on the clear floor gave amazing photos and movies! Nice narration by guide, and pause at the Arch for photo ops (guide's optional picture package costs $60 extra). We took a morning tour for calmer water. Note that we did a walk-up at the first dock at the marina, and negotiated a $22/person all-included, taxes, etc. rate with no real problem, just keep at it. Their pre-booking option is much more expensive. After signing in and waiting at their office 100 yards away, we were onto the boat with little wait. Restroom available nearby. Good staff, English no problem. I'm doing this again with other visitors on our next trip! You won't be disappointed.

We were on a journey to the arch, and I failed the camera to the boy, but his explanation and his charisma were the best together with the captain, I would return with them a thousand times the guide Isaias and Capienrique 1000/10
