It is a very spectacular tour, which is worth going with a low tide and a small boat. Under these conditions, you can fit into many smaller caves with the boat. There's a lot of them. Not an hour, but you can spend the whole day with this. For the fair, moderately overpriced participation fee, it promises 75 minutes of boating between the caves. In the boat we sat eleven of us with the two leaders, which is too big for many caves, so we only saw them from the outside. However, the very skillful captain has steered us to a number of places: he was safely navigating even in tight places despite the waves. Unfortunately, the guided tour was very loud, carnival-barker-style, boisterous way of speaking, which made the enjoyment of the landscape much worse. Another negative is that, unlike the 75 minutes, the tour was 19 minutes shorter. Instead of the rolling rush on the backwards, they could have really taken this time on the caves - if we had already paid for it.

The boat was the perfect size to get us into the grotto areas. Tour guides were knowledgeable and shared fun facts about the area, rock nicknames and such. Our family had a wonderful time. We thought this was a very cool way to see the gorgeous Algarve coast line.

These tour operators were top notch! Excellent driver came so close to the walls and rocks that I was certain he would hit, but that never happened. The commentary was fun and funny and included some history bits and local info without ever getting dull. This boat also had cushioned seats which was a plus! I would recommend this tour to anyone. It’s the best boat tour of my life!

My experience has been very disappointing. When making the reservation, due to an error, the email was incorrectly registered, so I never received the voucher nor could I access my reservation. I tried to contact them numerous times by phone, email, and WhatsApp to resolve the issue and cancel the activity within the deadline, but I received no response. They only replied to me after the cancellation period had passed, to tell me that I had lost the €41 from the reservation. As of today, I am still waiting for a response regarding my complaint. Nonexistent customer service and a total lack of assistance regarding a problem that could have been easily resolved.

Free cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. In your case, the cancellation request was submitted after this deadline, which is why it could not be processed as a free cancellation. What an excellent experience, our tour guide narrated and entertained us throughout the tour. We got really close to the Grottos and went through a number of openings for a great view. His boats skills are a 10+. I would highly recommend booking with this company.
