Passeio de barco privado Murano Burano e Torcello

Tony and Nerio picked us up at our hotel right on time! I should note that we are seniors and this was the only tour we could find with hotel pickup that was not priced outrageously, especially since we are only 2 people. The boat was driven safely and we felt very comfortable. Murano was beautiful and the glass demonstration we saw (option for small extra charge) was beautiful and informative. After the long - in a good way - demo, we were of course taken into the shop, a standard on all such tours. There was no pressure to buy and the shop contained room after room of stunning work. At the end, we did buy a beautiful piece in our price range - 700euro - that they ship home for no extra charge. Yes, that is a lot for us as working people but we love glass and had saved, knowing we would likely buy a treasure. Many other pieces are simply works of art and priced accordingly. There is also a room where beautiful earrings, necklaces and sculptures we available for very affordable prices - like 20-50euro. We then went to Burano where I became very heat sick. We called the number on our booking while I waited in an air conditioned restaurant and they immediately contacted Tony and Nerio who found us and brought us back to the boat with a closer docking. It is important to note that dock traffic is heavy so the boat can’t stay docked. Both Viator staff and Tony and Nerio were AMAZING!!! They got me back on the shaded boat and provided me with ice packs for the hour-long ride back to our hotel. Again, another great reason to have had hotel pickup/drop off. They were kind and caring when I was ill and incredibly fun and delightful during the first half of our trip. I can’t say enough good things - if there were 10 stars we would give it to them! I wish there was a place for photos!

Having a private boat was great because the vaporetto is long and hot. Arranging a place for pick up was not as easy, as the boat is not allowed to come into the grand canal and has very limited docking options on the lagoon.

Great tour including Murano, Torcello and Burano. The skipper explained the trip and what to do in each islands : Murano=glass manufacturing / Torello = Museum / Burano = Colored houses in the main street and the tilted campanile

The islands of Murano and burano was a must see in Venice! This private boat transportation was an easy and excellent way to do that! Especially with our young children! They were on time and easy to communicate with! I do wish there was a little more time on the islands but it is still clear in the listing the times you get!

We were provided a nice friendly welcome, everything was explained clearly as we travelled through the journey, and our driver was very accommodating of our needs.

Would have been nice had the weather not been windy and raining. Boat captain was pleasant and informative when we asked questions.

We did not have a guide on the islands after Muran. I was expecting them to explain the islands. I coming back during the sunset was beautiful.

This was a definite "must do" experience. The islands were beautiful and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We would do this again.

Beautiful boat experience among the islands of the Venetian lagoon! We visited beautiful places, among incredible colors, crystal clear water and postcard views. The ride was super quiet, with the sun that accompanied us all day and a pleasant breeze. Perfect organization and very kind staff. It was a day full of emotions and relaxation, absolutely worth redoing!☺️

We lived a simply unforgettable day among the wonders of the Venetian lagoon, a boat tour that gave us authentic emotions, postcard views and memories that we will carry forever in our hearts. Our adventure began at 9 am, welcomed on a comfortable and well maintained boat. The skipper, kind and helpful, made the trip even more pleasant with his courtesy and professionalism. Sailing in the calm waters of the lagoon was relaxing, but the real twist came shortly after departure: as we headed towards Torcello, the Frecce Tricolori appeared in the sky. Seeing them whizzing above us, reflecting on the water, was something magical and unrepeatable. A moment that left us speechless. The first stop was Torcello, a small but charming island. We stopped to take some pictures and visit the suggestive Devil’s Bridge, immersed in an atmosphere suspended in time. Right here we stopped for lunch and tasted the typical Venetian cuisine: the fish, fresh and cooked to perfection, was simply delicious. In the afternoon we landed in Burano, and it was love at first sight. The island has enraptured our hearts with its colorful houses, fairytale streets and the authenticity that you breathe at every corner. We strolled through small craft shops, tasted typical biscuits and indulged in delicious ice cream while enjoying the sun and tranquility of the place. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this tour: it was a day of pure beauty, relaxation and sharing with the family. We took spectacular photos, regenerated immersed in nature and history, and discovered wonderful corners
