Boat and crew were well organized. They did a great job navigating the very crowded waters. Outstanding knowledge of the area and its history. I’ll go again!

I gave my original review on Viator and was honest - this is not a tour; it is a boat trip. I was the only guest not in my 20s on our boat and I was interested in learning about the sights. The other guests appeared far more interested in drinking to capacity, which is totally fine for them - just not for me. I was originally seated near two women who arrived late and were very loud, discussing parties and personal life items. I moved to the front of the boat for better views of the sights. This was probably my bad luck, it’s hard to predict who will be on your boat and I happened to be on a boat with a younger crowd more interested in drinking than learning. The part that appalls me, however, is that after I complimented the staff in my Viator review, they outright lied in their response online. They stated that the crew repeatedly tried to engage me, which is false unless engagement means asking probably five times if I wanted more wine. Two glasses was quite sufficient. At no point did they try to engage me about the sights or the history, nor did they try to engage anyone else. Again, they were kind people and responding to the guests on the boat - and it’s okay for me not to enjoy that specific experience. It is not okay for Rent a Boat to lie about the experience.

We had a lovely time on this beautiful sunset cruise and were blessed with a warm and calm night! John & Iago were our friendly captain and first mate and we got to see the sights and hear stories and history about what we were passing. It was a small group and they kept the Vinho Verde flowing. Was so enjoyable, I would book it again on our next tour through Porto!

Lovely way to end the day. The captain and crew were great, the wine and snacks were tasty, and the views of Lisbon city center were splendid

The staff are lovely - Ines in particular was communicative and upgraded me to the luxury catamaran tour. The boat guide and skipper were kind and friendly. I don’t know if it is because I took the luxury Alcantara tour versus the original Belem tour, but this was not much of a tour. I really wanted to learn about the sights and history, but only twice were we educated about where we were and what we were viewing. This experience was great for the other passengers - they seemed to enjoy it very much - but I was less interested in drinking bottles and bottles of wine than the 20 year olds were. :)

Excellent experience, beautiful views, very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. Sunset was amazing.

Amazing experience. So much space on the boat. There was 12 of us with so much room to spread out and move around the boat. Delicious snacks and a lot of vino verde. Thank you!!

Best way to view the city of Lisbon. The catamaran was comfortable and the crew ensured all guests got wine frequently. The sunset cruise is a great time before a dinner

This experience was excellent from booking to check-in to boarding to sailing to tour highlights to wine and snacks to returning to port. John is an excellent captain, Diego was a phenomenal host and guide, and Inez kept us fully informed right to walking in the door. This is a beautiful experience that must not be missed!
