Desfrute de um emocionante voo de balão de ar quente sobre as chaminés de fadas e igrejas e casas esculpidas na rocha da Capadócia, com traslados do seu hotel e um café da manhã antes do voo na chegada ao local de lançamento. Você será buscado em sua acomodação na Capadócia aproximadamente às 05:00 para a transferência para o local de lançamento. Aqueça-se do frio da manhã com café e chá de cortesia. Enquanto você toma o café da manhã, observe os balões enquanto eles são preparados e inflados. Então, quando o sol começar a nascer, flutue a uma altitude de cerca de 300 metros para obter vistas extraordinárias de 360 graus da Capadócia. Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Super easy! We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the take off location where we watched the balloons being filled. Had an amazing ride! Then were picked up and taken back to the hotel.

An absolute disaster. A once in a lifetime opportunity was denied to us, as the operator never responded when numerous attempts were made to confirm pick up details. Therefore it deserves 0 stars. All other operators operated with their Hot Air Balloon flights as we observed them from the valley.

They cancelled my flight quoting weather for a day when all rides went up. I paid over the normal price but they wanted to get more money. Usually 250 euro. I paid them 350 euro. They cancelled so they could make 450 euro as flights had been cancelled for days. Horrible unethical company. Do not use.

The pickup and organisation was great, we had no issues for an enjoyable flight Three hours approx from pick up to drop off inc a one hour flight.

Flight canceled the afternoon before, even if we booked at short notice for New Year's Day, but unlike other companies that before confirming gave us an hour of suspended booking that then did not confirm, giving us immediate confirmation we deluded ourselves that they would be at their word and instead it was not so 😢
It was well organised. We were pick-up punctually and brought to the balloon departure point. There was a delay due to the weather conditions but all worked out eventually. The flight was really good and the 'Captain' of the balloon was jovial yet very responsible - briefing the passengers on the various safety procedures before take-off. Lovely ride and the scenery at sunrise was incredible! A nice ceremony after the end of the ride completed a great experience for us. Thank you.

We made exactly the experience a lot of the other comments also describe: the trip is cancelled the day before, no reason is given. It was definitely not a weather issue, as the sky was full of other balloons.
We booked with this company for a hot air balloon tour and a day before our tour they canceled without any explanation. I have tried to contact them muppets times and they have not replied. After talking to other people on our tour bus their tours are still taking place. This company will give up your reservation to a higher bidder BEWARE
For the perfect flight! Just ok bad transfer , we go without maintenance, we had q push left without battery , worst driver had no ability l make pick up in lock . , had q a vacationer help ⁇
