We had a fantastic sunrise hot air balloon ride over Marrakesh with Palms Ballooning and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Morocco! The experience started perfectly with a reliable pick-up right on time from our hotel. Our guide and pilot were incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. The ascent into the morning sky was completely smooth, and the entire balloon ride felt incredibly stable at all times. The sunrise views were absolutely awesome, and the Atlas Mountains were visible in the distance. Our pilot was great at rotating the balloon throughout the flight, ensuring that people on both sides of the basket got equal views and perfect photo opportunities. The basket itself was very well-designed with partitioned sections, making it ideal, spacious, and comfortable for both families and couples. After landing, we enjoyed a really nice breakfast which we were definitely ready for after the early morning start. We opted for an extra photo and video package booked at the flight area. A couple of days after we got home, we received the drone video and photos. They are awesome, and it has been fantastic to relive the memories. Super value at £24 Do not hesitate to book this trip with Palms Ballooning when you are in Marrakesh—it is worth every penny!

Worth every penny. Don't hesitate to take this excursion, you won't regret it. Transportation from your hotel to the desert, within 30 minutes you are flying.

Tried to confirm pick up time and location early in the day, but did not get a response before bed, so wasn’t too happy to get a call moving pick up time from 5:30 to 4:30 am and changing the location. Actual balloon ride was professional and an amazing experience. Would definitely do it again.

They come and pick you up very early. The ride to the site isn’t bad. They serve you food twice. You will have the option of something light upon arrival and again after the hot air balloon ride. This is a magical experience. Everything is on time and you don’t do too much waiting around. Great experience.

I was absolutly terrified to do this experiance but really wanted to do it. It was the most magical experience and I can say I highly recommend this company we had a very positive experience. They kept turning the balloon around so everyone got the same views. My only complaint was the comunication before. We had to be picked up early but we had to ask a few times what our pickup time was and it was late the night before we knew the time. I would just reccomend to the company to give times in the afternoon maybe if possible because I would assume people go to bed early for such an early rise. Other then that absolutly magical experiance!!! If your worried just do it!!!!

Amazing experience, definitely worth doing. Worth every penny. The set up was beautiful and got to experience a cultural setting. The pictures and videos taken are very professional and worth extra cost.

Amazing experience. Pick up on time, staff took good care of us and made us feel safe in the hot air balloon. Incredible views and a lovely breakfast to finish off the trip.

What a fantastic experience. The trip was well organised and the staff were so friendly. They even have a drone that films you for a very reasonable price . Breakfast was typical Moroccan and very nice. We were in the air as the sun rose and it was pretty incredible. Must have been at least another 40 balloons. Would defo recommend it and one to tick off the bucket list

Booked sunrise hot air balloon ride. Specifically booked this option as wanted a small group. Only 20 of us, 4 compartments in the basket, 5 people in each. We got picked up at 5.25pm - a bit later than anticipated but we were the last pick up. Driver left a message ten minutes before to let us know he was on his way. Pilot of hot air balloon very knowledgeable and made sure each side of the basket got the best views of the sunrise by turning the balloon around. Offered drone footage, this was about £25/£30 but we declined and quite happy with using just our own cameras. No pushy sale tactic. Breakfast after was pancakes, syrup, eggs, soft cheese, coffee and orange juice. Back to hotel by 8.30am!
