Visite o maior templo budista da América Latina instalado em uma área em meio a muito verde e rodeado por belos jardins floridos, além de remanescentes preservados de Mata Atlântica com uma pequena ponte em estilo japonês. A arquitetura típica de um templo oriental é um capítulo à parte, fazendo-nos sentir como se estivéssemos na Ásia. Além disso, há esculturas espalhadas por todos os lados, um museu, loja e um restaurante vegetariano.
Após a sua visita ao templo Zu Lai, visite a charmosa cidade vizinha de Embu das Artes. É uma daquelas cidades inspiradoras do interior que os viajantes costumam visitar quando desejam ver um cenário diferente, fugindo da agitação da cidade grande. Embu é mais famosa por sua Feira de Artesanato, que acontece no Centro histórico da cidade, a feira reúne mais de 700 expositores de diversos tipos de artesanato, como cerâmicas, pinturas, esculturas, comidas artesanais, e até roupas e joias. São belos objetos esculpidos em madeira e móveis rústicos. A praça principal e ruas adjacentes estão repletas de cafés aconchegantes e uma infinidade de lanchonetes onde você pode almoçar e provar deliciosos pratos e sobremesas típicas brasileiras. Marinelio was my wonderful guide on this easygoing 6 hour tour.Attentive, very informative and engaging, we toured the tranquil and beautiful Buddhist Temple and grounds and enjoyed the exciting creations of local artisans at Embu das Artes, for which there were no admission fees. Marinelio joyfully shared his knowledge of São Paulo and the surrounding areas as we travelled. It was a perfect day.

The place is magical, you feel the energy, peace and tranquility that emits the place, the landscape is beautiful, I am delighted😍 The temple has a cafeteria with variety of cafes and etc. There is also a shop selling Buddhas, incense and other things related to the Buddhist temple. I did this tour alone and I loved knowing Embu das Artes, a beautiful little village worth touring and buying its crafts and paintings of excellent quality. My guide Fabio was super attentive and guided me throughout the tour where to shop, eat and what places might interest me according to my tastes. In the Zu Lai Temple the tour was very beautiful and the place lends itself to be more time and spend the afternoon in relaxation. I wanted to come back in the future with my family and friends, it is a beautiful tour and definitely worth it if you have an extra day in Sao Paulo! 100% Recommended!!
