Michael was incredible! Very knowledgeable about the history & kept it interesting the whole time. He met us at our hotel making the experience easy from start to finish. He also took us to wonderful chocolate & cheese shops. Couldn’t recommend more!!
Our guide, Michail Verros was a joy to be with - highly informative, knowledgeable and good company 2 days in a row - the first being a walking tour of Lucerne with chocolate and cheese tasting and the second being a lake excursion on Lake Lucerne. We had the best day with our tour guide, Yiannis! He reached out to us before our tour to let us know the weather conditions so we would be dressed properly.
