The Lisbon 24 Pass With Tram 28 Ticket is a great way to explore the city ,with the pass you get unlimited travel for 24 hours on the trams including the historic Tram 28 ,to be honest Tram 28 is a tourist attraction, a bit hyped ,its fun but crowded ,you'll get the same experience on other trams with the same ticket without the hassle of queueing up to get on Tram 28 and the crowds that tram draws, its a great ticket to get ,most definitely well worth checking out if you're planning a holiday to Lisbon.
What a great experience. Trams and trains all inclusive. Alex was amazing and explained everything on how to use the voucher and places to see and the transport to use. Spoke amazing English.
The ticket for all public transportation for 24 hours in Lisbon was great. The voucher was exchanged for the original ticket punctually at the agreed location at 9:00 AM. In addition, we received a lot of information and good tips.

I just took a ride on the whole loop stopping where I started. I had already been to most of the places along the way on other tours. It was worth it to me knowing that I had been on the old tram.
This trim is very overcrowded. Very long, waiting line. Lots of people get inside. We feel very uncomfortable and recommend the visitors. Use another trance for example number 12 which is using the same route.
The queues for the 28th am were 2hrs long, no wsy husband could stand for that long. Great being able to use other trams and buses. Pain having to meet the agent in person to collect tickets, but have to say he was excellent and very accommodating after we could meet up at the original time.
Our contact who gave us the tickets for tram 28 suggested that if there is a long lineup for tram 28 to take tram 12 which is near identical routings. This was brilliant as it saved us a lot of waiting time. At the other end we were able to take tram 28 to return so very happy with our guide advice.
Tram 28 cockup, we were kicked off with no explanation and the driver disappeared into the Subway shop for food
