We had a great day with our guide Manuel who was very friendly and had great local knowledge, was very happy with Apulia Easy Tours and even booked another outing the following day "day at the beach" with the same great service
If you come by cruise and want to visit these two towns, it is perfect for you. They greet you at the foot of the cruise and take you privately to these sites. Then they provide you with a very good audio guide to learn about the destination. That is very good because you can go at your own pace and do not depend on anyone. You have time to see it and they are very beautiful destinations. And the driver was excellent!
I booked with them from Turin; Manuel is a punctual, fantastic guy, very kind and highly professional. I highly recommend him.
The excursion was very enjoyable visiting the Trulli and with the olive oil tasting; Manuel was very attentive and entertained us during the trip. The time in Ostuni was also pleasant. It was a great day.
Very nice driver, unfortunately he had limited English skills. However, he was extremely helpful and very punctual. We found the price for the private tour to be too high, as we did not have a local guide.
It was a fun and interesting tour. We saw some very suggestive places and the organizers were very capable and kind. Thank you. Highly recommended.
We had a great tour guide Gianna and driver Lucas on this tour , they took good care of us , we were there on a cruise , they were there early, ready with the sign so we could easily identify them , no stress , the two villages we visited were very unique and my husband and I enjoyed the tour and would recomended it
A very disappointing tour. Over 2 hours of travelling (round-trip) and then extreme distances from the parking lots to the sights (easily another 30-40 minutes). Large group of 40+ (and crowds) and the guides walked very fast from the parking leaving many frustrated and struggling to keep up. I know they have a schedule, but folks were way behind and they didn't look back to take care of the customers. The sights were amazing, but we felt like cattle and once there, we were on our own. The app narration proved problematic for us and we gave up trying to use it. I wanted to learn more. I travel a lot and use Viator a lot. Bypass this one!
Dear Customer, We are sorry to read your review, but we believe it is important to clarify a few points. In the tour description and in the informational messages sent before departure, it is clearly stated both how much time would be spent on the bus and that the tour involves long walking distances and is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. For this reason, we find it unfair to complain afterward and place responsibility on us for information that was already communicated clearly before the purchase. Furthermore, there were two assistants during the tour: one leading the group and another at the back, specifically to support participants and make sure no one was left behind. As for the audio guide app, we are surprised to read about the difficulties you experienced, considering that the other participants were able to use it regularly without any issues. We are always happy to assist our customers, but we also encourage everyone to carefully read the product description before booking, in order to choose experiences that truly suit their needs.
