Iremos levá-lo pelas estreitas e tranquilas ruas venezianas entre o bairro de Cannaregio e o Antigo Gueto Judeu, pelas maravilhosas vitrines de antiquários e oficinas tradicionais. Podemos parar para um excelente café expresso na pequena torrefacção da cidade que utiliza a mesma receita há quase um século. Não deixaremos de atravessar a Ponte Rialto, entraremos então num “pátio” para tirar uma magnífica foto do Grande Canal. Ao almoço poderá refrescar-se num antigo bacaro escondido entre as ruas estreitas e intrincadas de Veneza, onde poderá saborear os excelentes cicchetti tradicionais venezianos, caso contrário recomendaremos a alternativa mais adequada para si. Chegaremos à Praça de São Marcos, rodeada por seus edifícios principais e chegaremos à Ponte dos Suspiros. Após uma longa caminhada retornaremos à estação a bordo do vaporetto contemplando os edifícios com vista para o Grande Canal.

Caminhe pelo Gueto Judeu de Veneza
Em Cannaregio encontramos a estação Veneza Santa Lucia e a rua principal, chamada Strada Nova, que liga a estação à zona de Rialto. Há também o Gueto Judeu, uma área onde a comunidade judaica foi obrigada a viver na era napoleônica. As principais ruas comerciais são Strada Nova e Lista di Spagna, mas também frequentadas por jovens para bares ou pontos de encontro. Não perca a zona de discotecas e restaurantes de Cannaregio que se situa na zona norte do sestiere, mais precisamente entre o Gueto Judeu e a Fondamenta Nuove. Até hoje, o sestiere representa plenamente um dos locais de entretenimento em Veneza.
O bairro de San Polo é o menor dos seis de Veneza e é muito apreciado pelo ambiente descontraído que se sente ao caminhar pelas suas ruas estreitas; uma vez, no entanto, foi um com o Sestiere di Santa Croce. É um bairro muito característico pela rica presença de "casas e lojas", ou lugares onde as pessoas vivem e realizam seu trabalho, bem como a variedade de típicos venezianos tabernas que levam o nome de "bacari". Seu nome deriva da presença do Campo San Polo, a maior praça depois da de San Marco, e da igreja homônima do distrito. Embora sempre tenha sido considerada uma praça do povo, pois aqui aconteciam eventos e festas públicas, esta praça é cercada por palácios senhoriais.
É uma das praças mais fascinantes do mundo, tanto que Napoleão Bonaparte a chamou de "o salão mais bonito da Europa". Foi construído no século IX e pavimentado em 1177, 100 anos após a sua construção. A Piazza San Marco é a área mais baixa de Veneza e, portanto, é a primeira área a ser inundada com água alta. Os edifícios mais importantes da praça são a Basílica de San Marco, o Palácio Ducal, o Museu Correr, o Campanário e a Torre do Relógio.
Pegaremos o vaporetto de volta à estação
A Ponte Rialto é a mais antiga das quatro pontes do Grande Canal. É famosa tanto por sua arquitetura quanto por sua história. Durante anos foi o centro da economia de Veneza. A Ponte do Rialto foi construída entre 1588 e 1591, com base num projeto do arquiteto António da Ponte, para substituir a anterior estrutura de madeira, que ruiu duas vezes e ardeu em várias ocasiões. A estrutura da ponte é semelhante às anteriores e consiste em duas rampas inclinadas unidas por um pórtico ao centro.

Nicole was incredible. He helped us with the crazy Italian trains, picked the perfect restaurant for lunch and took us on a less crowded tour route and took care of arrangements for basilica and gondolas. The tour ran long because of water bus and train delays, but Nicola made sure we got our taxis back to the hotel. He is one of the best guides.

Venice tour for a day with family, children and grandchildren. We took the train from Montegrotto Terme to Venice, arriving at Santa Lucia station. From there we started our walk with Chiara, an exceptional guide who illustrated calluses and wrinkles, fields and canals, accompanying us to St. Mark's Square: unique in the world, truly spectacular. We had lunch in an excellent trattoria of Venetian gondoliers and bought beautiful Venetian handmade masks. What about: a day to repeat absolutely. A big thank you to the talented Chiara for making this experience unforgettable.

We had the most amazing tour of Venice with Nicola . He is knowledgeable , fun and very friendly. He showed us hidden sides of Venice without crowds of tourist and hidden passages with incredible views. A leisurely walk with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. She went at our pace instead of sprinting, like some guides. She arranged train tickets for us and met us at the station to make it more convenient. She booked a nice restaurant ahead of time to ensure we would not have any trouble. We highly recommend Chiara as a guide.

I booked this tour for our international guests who wanted to do something typical and quiet off the beaten track. I must say they were thrilled. Beautiful tour accompanied by Chiara (very nice and talented) despite the large turnout of people on Fat Thursday the tour included a beautiful walk from the train station to St. Mark's Square along the most hidden and quiet streets of Venice with a stop and demonstration of jewelry creation with Murano glass and great lunch at local and then finish in St. Mark's Square and return by vaporetto.Bellissima trip, to recommend!

Chiara was wonderful! I felt as if I was walking through Venice with a friend that was sharing everything they know about the island. Great outing. The Guide took us to see some wonderful paintings by Tintoretto in the Church of the Garden and to follow, for “coves” and bridges not crowded by the many people who are in Venice in this period, we passed through the Ghetto, we had a great coffee in Cannareggio and we visited the workshop of a glassmaker who in front of our eyes, in about ten minutes, made a heart-shaped pendant with flowers in relief on the outside. We saw beautiful views, gondolas, the bridge of sighs and finally the beautiful Piazza San Marco. The masterful stroke was then the return by vaporetto along the Grand Canal. We have seen historical buildings like Ca Foscari, Ca d’oro, Ca Rezzonico and even the Rialto Bridge flow under our eyes with their unmistakable and wonderful styles and shapes. Overall the trip really deserves an EXCELLENT from all points of view both for the Guide (experienced and prepared) and as an organization.
