Excursão para clientes alojados na zona metropolitana ou que cheguem à ilha em cruzeiro (*) Desde que iniciamos a actividade, em 2013, oferecemos uma actividade adaptando o mesmo, o mais possível, às petições dos clientes, no recorrido e no preço oferecido, dando tempo sempre para desfrutar de cada momento em que paramos para explicar o que temos diante de nós. Se pode personalizar o tour, segundo os gostos dos clientes, valorando esta petição à parte do preço inicial indicado. Em caso de querer subir em teleférico, ou comer em um restaurante local, não para turistas, se valorará aparte do preço estabelecido. (*) Se a reserva procede de clientes de cruzeiro, e ao ser complicado mudar a outra data, se poderá unir outra reserva, adequando o importe em função da quantidade final de participantes (no mais de 3 reservas independentes)

Locais e horários de recolha
Ao ser rotas privadas, os clientes são recogidos no hotel ou lugar onde se encontrem, sempre dentro do área metropolitana (Santa Cruz y La Laguna) Se a zona não é a indicada terá um recargo (a estabelecer quando se reserve a actividade e pagar o dia da excursão) Em caso de cruceristas, fixa-se um ponto de encontro perto da zona de atraque dos cruceros. A hora de encontro/inicio é apenas uma referência. Quando se faz a reserva se concretará uma específica, de acordo com o cliente e sempre buscando evitar aglomerações na mesma.

We booked two private full-day tours with Felix: one to Mount Teide and another around the northern part of Tenerife. Both days were absolutely wonderful. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and planned everything perfectly, making sure we could see the highlights efficiently while still enjoying the beautiful scenery at a relaxed pace. He was also very flexible and kindly accommodated our requests on the spot, which made the tours feel very personal and comfortable. Although we are not native English speakers, his explanations were very clear and easy to understand. We learned a lot about the history, nature, culture, and local life of Tenerife. We would highly recommend his private tours to anyone visiting the island.

Felix was a wonderful guide to the state and national parks. He shared information with us the whole time. He knew about the different types of soils coming from the volcanos and plants. We got to walk in a huge caldera of a volcano. He was very friendly and accommodating. His van is new and very nice.

Felix was a wonderful tour guide. He met us promptly and gave us perfect directions on where to meet him. The weather was terrible, but he was able to put together an itinerary that avoided bad weather and showed us a good deal of the island. We chose the La Laguna option, which was wonderful. He then brought us to a local restaurant for a very authentic lunch at a very reasonable price. The food was delicious and way too much to eat for all of us. He barely paused to breathe while describing various locations on the island. I would highly recommend him.

I was talking to the Viator, told me that company would take me from the cruise ship to the airport and do a tour as we had four hours. But the driver said no he cannot take us to the airport because he wasn’t a taxi. He was a tour guild and he would get into trouble. And he didn’t have enough time to take us to the airport anyways as he had another booking. Viator will not give me a refund so it cost me $313 for nothing totally upset with Viator..
Good afternoon! If you are not happy with Viator don’t put your review on my profile because the problem was not with my company. I hope you’ll remove this review because all the questions you have indicated are not related with the services that I provide. I hadn’t any other booking that day but my license doesn’t permit me to carry on luggage and do transfers to any where. It’s as easy as that. Also I gave you some options as taking a taxi that may have done what you wanted but it’s too unfair putting such a value in my profile when I wasn’t the one to blame. Best regards.
A great day, an experience to repeat ,climb in the cable car and ascent to the highest part of the Teide.... Then food in traditional place; Guachinche) and a vinitooooo..... totally recommended.

We recently took a trip to Teide Mount in Tenerife, and it was an amazing experience! The planned tour to Garachico had to be cancelled due to the weather. Our lovely guide, Felix, was able to offer a wonderful alternative tour without any problems. We started in the morning with a fascinating hike in the mountains with a view of Mount Teide. Felix showed us some of the vegetation and the volcano. On the way back, we visited charming little villages and enjoyed a baraquito. Overall, Felix provided perfect and exemplary service.

Felix was an excellent guide, very well informed and interesting. Teide National Park is amazing and everything went perfectly. If you are worried about the windy mountain roads making you queasy on a big bus I highly recommend this private tour. Felix is a very good driver and it was not a problem at all.

Delighted with the visit we made as a family. Felix is a very professional and attentive guide. At all times he informed us of the details to take into account in the excursion. The climb to the Teide was a wonderful, highly recommended excursion. In addition Felix meets very well with the children which makes it even more recommended if possible.

Our tour to Teide was good in general. We were picked up close to our apartment in Santa Cruz and had a private tour with a great guide that drove us to various locations in the mountain regions close to Teide national park and then to Teide itself. We enjoyed several short stops and learned a lot along the way. All in all it was a good experience with a high value of quality but it was ultimately a bit too short for the price it costs.

Regarding the question of the time, and being very sorry about your sensation, in the details of the booking is clearly indicated the time of the tour, so? In case that you wanted to extend it, you could have said it and we could have fixed the direction and possible cost. The price paid is for a private service, with all the insurance and licenses neede for it, with a guide exclusively for you. I hope that with that, next time, you can value with the top, a service like this service given.
