Shem was an amazing guide, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! There was lots of information and explanations about the parks and animals we saw. The camps that were chosen were nice.

Hello, I hope this finds you well. As our trip is coming to an end. I now find the time to write you and share my thoughts regarding our experience. First of all I would like to thank you for the work and organisation you have put into making our experience memorable. Pole pole, everything got better eventually as I think things could have started better. Things really picked up when we met Peter. He was a game-changer as he took us in with his charming smile, positive and eager mindset along with his noticeable will to create a bond between us, answer all our questions and address our need to understand more about the local culture and the general experience we were living then. You have yourself a keeper right there!!! He made sure to go the extra mile to explain us things that were key to understanding the overall culture, the do’s and dont’s and the reasons behind the encounters and interaction we had during our trip. On top of that, he made sure to take his time to take us to as many places as he could to make sure we were getting the most out of our safari both in terms of animal sighting and landscape viewing although while remaining very respectful of the parc’s rule enforced to protect and preserve wildlife. We have never met nor spoke on the phone (and I wish we did, as it could’ve made for a better experience) but Peter played a key role as an ambassador for your company and helped change the imprint others could have left. Thank you also to Esbond for picking us up from our hotel and driving us through town. If there’s anything you would like to discuss further I would be happy to answer your questions or share further opinions if need be. Until then, I wish you well and many success in future. I hope Peter made it home safe. Alison and Erwan wish him well. Best, Erwan
Thank you for your detailed and heartfelt message! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience with us. I’m glad to hear that, despite a rocky start, your trip improved significantly once you met Peter. He is indeed a remarkable guide, and I’m thrilled that his positive attitude and commitment to creating a meaningful connection with you made such a difference. We take great pride in our team, and it’s wonderful to hear that Peter exemplified the values we uphold. Your feedback regarding communication is invaluable, and I sincerely apologize for not having had the opportunity to connect with you directly. I will certainly take your suggestion into consideration to enhance our guests’ experiences in the future. Additionally, I’ll make sure to pass along your appreciation to Esbond for his efforts in ensuring your comfort during your stay. Thank you once again for your thoughtful feedback. We wish you both the best in your future travels and hope to welcome you back someday for another unforgettable experience!
An amazing experience. Tony Cruize (our guide) was great. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming to our family. A memorable holiday.
They arranged my trip to Tsavo and Amboseli national park. The guide was amazing and know the parks very well. We were able to see red Elephants, lions, buffalos, cheetahs and many more. The selection of the lodges were excelent and the staffs acomodating. This is my second trip and looking forward for more tours with kenya bush .
