The biggest problem was the Pont Neuf bridge was closed to traffic including walkers,and since we were dropped by a taxi near to the bridge, we got to the bridge to find it closed and had to walk to the next bridge and back to the other side to get to the boarding spot. We left plenty of time to be early so we could get seats together, but after all the extra walking back and across, by the time we boarded with advance purchase timed tickets we could not get seats together. The website should advise passengers of the bridge closure so they can arrange to arrive at the only side of the bridge with access. The whole point of booking in advance was to get good seats together.

It’s well thought out and executed tour, and 1hr feels like the right length. We booked the tour at around 9a and were in the boat by 11:15a. Our tour guide, Matthew, was excellent, super knowledgeable and entertaining! It was a hot day and we were able to sit close to the canopy, which covered about the last 1/5 of the boat. We saw the major sights and it was reasonably priced. Thanks!

Amazing experience, flawless from start to finish. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to providing knowledge of Paris. The staff are very friendly on and off the boat. For the price it is well worth it.! If we come back to Paris it will be one of the first things I book again. You didn't feel crammed in the amount of people was perfect for the boat size.

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sights of Paris on the river cruise which took around an hour. It was well worth the admission fee. Our guide who spoke four languages during our journey was very informative as well as being funny. Our group of 6 felt it was a highlight of our time in Paris.

Very nice tour on the Seine! The guide was excellent, although she was sometimes hard to hear because of the boat engine noise (we were sitting at the back). Arrive early to get in line, there were a ton of people and we weren’t able to sit together since we got there only about 15 minutes before it launched.

The Pont Neuf bridge was closed due to an art installation, there was no information given about this when we booked so we missed our tour because we travelled to the opposite side of the river. Would it be possible to rearrange our tour for another evening please?

Our cruise was cut short by 15m (45m instead of 60m) without any compensation. The guide talks as fast as he can, and switches langues every word sometimes, making him hard to follow. There's quite a lot to see, though good photos are difficult to make through the glass of the boat and low angles.

Beautiful city! The Seine is such a romantic way of enjoying Paris. The views are always stunning.

Company contacted us a few days before saying they moved our tour time up by 30 minutes. No problem for us. Then less than four hours before departure they sent me a text saying they had cancelled our tour because not enough people had booked. It was our last night so we didn’t even have a chance to rebook. Will never use this operator again.

We booked this for our anniversary, intending to board about 5pm and still have time for dinner afterwards in a good restaurant. But our boat was cancelled (5.15) and we were told we would board the next one at 5.45. We think they had a staffing or technical issue? The problem really was that there was no communication to passengers who were booked and waiting, nothing unless you asked at the entry point, or signage to confirm which of the boats we were to depart on. It was quite hot, there were lots of people in a confined space, the staff when approached were unhelpful and only suggested leaving the que to ask at the entrance. We declined since the lady in the entrance had directed us to the boat we were stood next to. After waiting 45 mins to an hour we saw a second boat dock alongside the one we’d all initially been directed to, dissembark its customers, and then we were directed to a third boat, crossing the path of those waiting behind us to board. All the time the one we’d been directed to sat, staffed, waiting (bar staff sat chatting rather than helping). The trip itself was good, a little humour and beautiful scenery obviously, but with some improved support to customers the company could get a much better reputation and probably more tips.
