It was great. Other than Notre Dame, we didn’t know where we wanted to do. So Rayan took us to his favorite places. We saw places the we didn’t know about and appreciated his enthusiasm for taking us.

Paul greeted us at the train station. Very friendly Driver, expert navigator. Had the best view of Eiffel Tower based on his advice. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Even went out of his way to detour to drop us off at the accommodation at the end of the day.

Bioked a private driver for today, i saw it was available on Viator, then when i book and give them my pickup and location they said it was too late!???? i ask for a reschedule or for the driver to come another day but they just read my messages with no answer, WOULDNT RECOMMAND.

Without this information, we were unable to schedule the driver and provide the transfer as requested. We kindly remind all passengers that confirming the pick-up time in advance is required to guarantee the service.
I would say the service was ADEQUATE. Despite being asked by Viator for our itinerary, our driver knew nothing about it. Additionally he couldn’t speak English very well and that made it hard to communicate. We wanted to know if there was a more efficient way to carry out our itinerary but he couldn’t speak English and could not understand what we wanted. Notwithstanding, he was friendly and tried to be helpful. I just feel that what Viator promised and what they actually delivered were not the same. I feel that suggestions could have been made eg, start your trip after peak hour traffic (we spent a LOT of time in traffic). But on the whole, the service was adequate.

Our driver, Paul, provided an excellent experience during our 4-hour tour. He was punctual, courteous, and maintained a clean, comfortable vehicle stocked with plenty of water. His friendly demeanor and safe driving made for a pleasant and enjoyable journey. Highly recommend!

Very reliable lovely driver. Made a very hot day much more manageable. Would highly recommend them!!
The driver was great and took us around to Versailles and all the other top places. My only issue was that the van was not as up to date as expected.
