Cancelled last minute die to “heat wave” in France. Tickets were never a available on Viator. Seemed to be a hoax.

A great cruise on the Seine, seeing many of Paris’ famous landmarks whilst enjoying a very delicious lunch.

Impeccable! Great service! The children loved it, and the adults enjoyed the dishes, the champagne, and of course, the magnificent cruise under the Parisian sun.

The cruise and meal was very good. Be aware there are extra charges for certain meals. The tables were pretty jammed together. Also the waiter was rude and we asked three times for butter and he kept saying yes but never brought it.

We found the dock and the boat with the correct name at the correct time (a half an hour in advance) but there was nobody there, so we contacted the help number and they gave us a different address which was over a half an hour away, and since we were only a half an hour early to the dock, we couldn't make it to the new location in time. We tried but they left without us. We requested a refund and they denied it. That's a lot of money to be out simply because there are multiple locations with the same dock and boat name! My kids and I became hypothermic from rushing around in the cold trying to find this boat. And our blood sugar dropped dangerously low from the intense exercise and having to miss lunch. There was no compassion from the care line. It was a truly awful experience.

Excellent Seine cruise experience. My daughter and I went for the lunch cruise. I paid the extra money to have the champagne lunch.. it was excellent!! I highly recommend this company and tour. The only thing that I may add is that they don’t point out landmarks.. that would have been nice. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

We did the “romantic” lunch cruise with champagne. The food was presented beautifully and was pretty good. The views were lovely and cruise overall quite enjoyable. Our problem is we chose the cruise on Trip Advisor, who outsource to Paris City Vision. We received tickets without the name of the boat or directions, and an address that covered a half mile long port. The cruise company is Paris Seine which was not made clear. Google maps sent us all over unsuccessfully. The vendor “help line” reached voice mail and What’s app response was after boat left. We missed the cruise despite being in the immediate area 30 min early. We were charged 80 euro more to rebook for the next day. We are not the only ones let down by Paris City Vision, they have 36% one star ratings on Trust Pilot, and most of the one star ratings here are for similar issues with directions and customer support.

A friend recommended the lunch cruise and told me it left from the Eiffel tower.(his and my error). When we arrived on time no one had heard of the company! I called viator and the agent explained that i was in the wrong location and i had to walk/run 2 kms down river (I am 73 years old) She told me that she was in touch with the conpany and the boat would wait 5 minutes or so and to hurry. I realized i could not run/walk there in time so we hailed a cab and he said he could get there in time by 12:30 as required. I called viator sgain while in the cab and told a Male agent that we were on the way and asked him to contact the captain to wait. I asked him twice and he assured me he would. The taxi arrived at exactly 12:30 and we ran for the boat, waving our tickets. We were only about 200 feet from the boat and when we arrived at exactly 12:31, the boat was about 2 feet from the dock and my 69 year old wife almost jumped but i restrained her. Crew members waved and smiled/laughed as they watched our predicament. When i called viator they explained i would not receive my $300 back as i was 1 minute late even though they told me i had 5 minutes to spare! I recommend avoiding this heartless lunch/cruise company! I will also avoid Viator in the future as they either lied to me about talking to the boat company or about the conversation details! Either way i am out $300 and a 25 euro taxi ride!

We had a wonderful time and the sites were awesome. The food was really good although the steak was a little tough. Fish and chicken were really good. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the lunch cruise on a visit to Paris.
