Very nice park located in the heart of Paris. You can sit there and read, watch the passers-by, think. There's a bandstand, ponies for kids, people practicing taichi. A haven of tranquility in the heart of the capital. Great!

We wanted a complete and in-depth tour of the Luxembourg Garden and that is what we got. The guide was very patient with our difficulty with stairs and was willing to answer all of our questions. No one else signed up, so we got her all to ourselves which was excellent. The only thing that was an occasional problem was that her English was here and there difficult to understand, but we simply asked again and it was fine.
A beautiful area of trees, flowers, ponds, tree groves of shade ,plenty of chairs and benches. Multiple areas in the sun to sit and relaxes well . No admission fee and a very pleasant way to spend an hour or a day .

Excellent tour guide.Got us in and Palace and Claude Monet houseWent in to detail on the Palace.Only thing he did That I asked him not to do was take us to a non tourist restarant
