Driver picked up us on time. He was very kind driver and helpful. The crew on the boat were very excellent. Fristly I was afraid. But everything was very very safe. Very nice experience. Recommended

I need to give private transportation 5 starts. Nice driver speaks good English. On time. Clean vehicle with great conditions. However the parasailing was not pleasant at all. The crew were very rude, not as long as the time as they promised. And they were so busy flirting with young ladies and totally ignored us. it's a very BAD customer service experience overall. I don’t recommend at all. There are lots of parasailing in Sharm. someone else!

In all our Daily Tours and Multi days tours. We investigated what you claimed at the day of parasailing. According our driver and you said to him you already booked your lunch in hotel at same day of trip. So you were in hurry to catch the lunch in your hotel which you reserved in advance. So you decided as soon as arrived the port where the parasailing. to fly directly, our crew asked you , you must wait little bit because there were another people already arrived before you. And you must wait until finishing. But you refused and shouted with our driver to solve this situation. He asked you , we must wait them. You refused. And annoyed. Is that our problem! However we asked you in advance by email which time you prefer to do your trip. You choosed at 11:00 AM. And we processed! I don't know you gave us 1 star , how ever you choosed. From where we know that you are busy and must return at hotel before 13:00 PM. Any way thanks for your feedback.
