Great experience! Captain Tom and Tommy were great and hilarious! 😆 loved them and the parasailing experience. If you’re booking through viator, just know that the 40 is a deposit and 114 is due the day of + bring your license lol

It was great just know if the boat is full, you will only get to go up for 9 mins one time, also the reservation time you selected does not mean you will do the sport on time. We were supposed to do our activity at 10:30 and they let other people who were paying on site go ahead of us, so we had to wait till 11:30 to do our activity. Overall our experience was amazing.

Just to clarify how our dock flow works, reservations lock in your boarding window and grant priority over walk-ins, but departure order is still subject to real-time availability. As for flight times, trips run about an hour total with 6 to 10 minutes per group, which is detailed in our booking listing. We appreciate you riding with us and wish you all the best!

Parking was a bit of a challenge, had to find a parking lot that was allowed and walk a little ways. Followed the link to sign the waivers the day before but got all the way through and it failed. Then had to sign them last-minute (only option was online—would have been nice to have the “old school” option of a paper copy) when we arrived and encountered some problems which delayed the check-in process. I’m an aerospace engineer that uses computers for a living, the attendant at check-in was borderline condescending when she joked that it’s a generational thing of me not knowing what I’m doing online. The boat captain made several jokes about drug use, that started to get a little old. But otherwise the whole experience on the boat was good and we all enjoyed our flight.

They do false advertisement. Money is then taken and they are very rude when their obligations to the requirements are not in fine print. Also issues arise due to hidden fees then they deny your entry.

Entry is only restricted when essential safety or check-in requirements are not met. While all sales are strictly non-refundable per our signed guest agreements, eligible bookings are always issued non-expiring service credits so you can join us another time. We wish you the best!

Great experience, great job being guided and providing the best experience possible. Conversation and explanations great and including a little comedy in the experience. Awesome pictures and fun fun fun ! It was the best hour and half we could spend on the water together.Great experience for the price ! It was like two excursions in one !
