A day well spent!! A wonderful experience with a wonderful team, starting from the communication and great care getting us to the boat, great team on the boat , good parasailing gear and drop off back to the hotel!

The Parasailing Adventure was for me and my douther a very good adventure with a lot of fun. The Crew was very friendly and makes a good professional job. My doughter was a little bit angry, but they makes that she has a good feeling. So we fly together. Thank you ❤️

We had to wait a long time for our guide. On the boat there was a little man who was sometimes unfriendly and unclear. The other guides though friendly, especially the captain

We booked the parasailing including hotel transfer. The parasailing itself was really a great experience and was a lot of fun. It is well-suited, especially for people who have some fear of heights or deep water, because you feel safe in the harness the whole time and the flight is relatively relaxed. Unfortunately, the rest of the tour was a big disappointment. The organization was very chaotic and unprofessional. There were hardly any explanations about the schedule, so you often did not know what was happening next or how long you had to wait. The waiting times were also very long. I found it particularly critical that far too many people were put into a small rubber dinghy at the same time. It was also very crowded on the parasailing boat, which did not give a safe impression. Some staff members were also very unfriendly to the guests and sometimes shouted loudly instead of giving instructions calmly. Overall, the entire team seemed hectic and not very trustworthy. I would do the actual parasailing again anytime, but not with this provider. Better organization, more communication, and more professional treatment of guests would significantly improve the experience.
