Here’s a polished version you could use as a review or social post: Just did parasailing and it was absolutely fantastic — not nearly as scary as I thought it might be! The captain was brilliant: funny, helpful, and made everyone feel completely at ease from start to finish. He also had another team member with him who looked after us so well, making sure we had water and soft drinks throughout the trip. He took loads of photos for us too, which was a lovely touch. Both of them were extremely friendly, professional, and took their time making sure all the equipment was fitted perfectly and safely before we went up. They really made the whole experience unforgettable and genuinely went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying parasailing!

We arrived promptly at the allocated time. Nobody was about. Then a young lad arrived and started preparing the boat. Eventually Stefan arrived we paid extra for the video experience. I said the camera wasn’t working. We were told it was and not to touch any of the buttons. They both fiddled about with the SD card after the parasailing. We could not check it until we got home and we could watch it on the laptop. As I thought it hadn’t recorded. After loads of unanswered emails Stefan asked me to post the SD card to him for proof?!! Another £4 spent to send it to Ibiza from the UK and more unanswered emails to demand a refund. Eventually, I received a part refund. I wonder how many others pay extra and don’t chase a refund when they haven’t received a recording. Very poor service. The parasailing was good but expensive.

A little confusion trying to find the meeting point but eventually ‘Ski Pepe’ found us. Great guys, so friendly and professional, you knew you were in safe hands. Experience was fantastic and recommend it to anyone looking for a special memory of a wonderful holiday destination.
