So easy! Got the tickets same day, the company was super easy to find. Really enjoyed exploring at my own pace.
Bought tickets for 9.30 entry. After finally receiving them (guy was running late, sends digital tickets via WhatsApp only after you meet them) went to enter (there was no queue at the time) only to be told that my ticket was actually for 10am and to come back. It was already getting warm so I took the kids to a nearby store to utilise the air con for about 15 minutes. Returned around 9.50 and the queue to validate digital tickets was so long and in full sun. We joined the queue but the kids weren’t able to handle the heat so we just left. The tickets say the price was 7 euros per adult and free for kids. I paid 60 AUD for nothing. Overall a really disappointing experience
I booked last minute and it was so worth it! We entered immediately and had plenty of time inside. The architecture is unbelievable, especially the dome. I still can’t believe how well-preserved everything is. Highly recommended!
Had a hard time finding the person for the tickets
They did not have our skip the line tickets purchased in October, so we had to queue anyway. I still have not received a refund.

No ticket, nobody there to give me ticket .Terrible service This the third time this has happened. Never notified
We received an email the day before the date of the visit informing us that our visit was cancelled, that we could postpone (this was not possible in our case) by contacting them. Except that the email was a "noreply", no such number. The person on site told us that he was marking for the refund request but received nothing. I left a message in “contact” to be refunded, no reply.
