It was fantastic. It was a perfect day, to learn and enjoy nature and history! We enjoyed it very much and our tour guide was amazing!

The communication was horrible , when I booked the excursion over a month before the due date , tried numerous times to communicate and go over itinerary, over the pick up at the airport provide the flight info ,and they confirmed everything world be ok agreed on the extra price for the taxi service , 3 days before I get a message asking me to change the flight to accommodate them after they had agreed , very disappointed I had to cancel my flight loose money reboot to the flight they instructed me to do so , when we get to the airport the driver wasn’t there had to wait about 20 mins , they were not notified so they claim when they are the ones for me to change the flight , we got there and still had to wait over an hour for the tour to begin , driver was friendly so was alpa the tour guide knowledgeable and attentive , they kill time taking you to a lamp or some type of factory for you to buy if you want , over all was good in my opinion pricey for what the tour consisted off
we informed you it is a shared tour and shared transfers and always replied your messages. We are sorry about misunderstanding saw your message that you couldnot change flight but you came with different flight . Seems wrong in operations , We kindly apologize for driver 20minutes late . Because it s a shared tour , need to wait other clients to come so that we welcomed you in our office . I hope guide didnot push you for shopping , some clients might be interested so that can visit shops authentic but cannot push you for shopping.

Travertines is the most rememberable. It’s not appropriate to take us to shop textiles or any other stuff. Time wasting and annoying.
It’s a very good tour! The guide Ali knows a lot and he’s very kind, respectful and friendly. The time is enough to see everything. Good coordination between driver, guide and agency.
