I was never emailed a ticket for this event. The attendants at the ticket office for the museum did not accept either of my documents because they said voucher, and under the details the document stated that my ticket would be emailed to me. I showed her both the download pdf and the ticket that was provided in the app and she accepted neither.
hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience, just the official ticket we provide allows access to the monuments. Please send us at help@web95.it your BR code, in order to understand what happened. Thank you
Given nearly every museum in Florence is about the Renaissance period, I was excited to see the Pitti Palace's modern art gallery. I was so curious to see what modern art came out of Florentine and Italian artists. Well, what a deception. The modern art gallery is just a collection of few pieces picked from the Renaissance to today, with maybe up to 4 or 5 pieces from the XXth century, and nothing else. Again, what a disappointment!
I had to wait in line to get my ticket. I did not receive one that I could use on my phone. So that it is not skip the line!
We are sorry you had problems downloading your voucher from the VIATOR app, we do not control this aspect of the procedure.
It seems they oversold the tickets and decided to cancel the 2 tickets we booked weeks in advance 2 days before we were supposed to tour. They gave no explanation other than that it was “due to the high demand”. Now we are stuck.
good evening, your reservation has been fully refunded because, as indicated in the email you received, it would have been possible to confirm it only at a very different time from the one you indicated. We remind you that VIATOR guarantees the date but the time is the first free one closest to the one requested, as you can check online on the booking page. Kind regards MARIA
Stefano was a trained guide and introduced us to the past in a nice but not trivial way explaining the details and responding to our curiosity.grazie
We thought it would be a guided tour - The website let us to believe it be guided. We have used lots of viatours over the years and I’ve had great experiences. This just did not work out.
I visited Italy with a school group of 24 students in Dec 2019 and used Viator to book skip the line tickets to the Pitti Palace. The Pitti Palace itself is an amazing museum and I thoroughly recommend it. Just one note of warning - minors (children under 18) are free of charge (need ID). After having paid a lot of money to Viator for our tickets I was not at all happy to arrive there to be told minors are free and we could have saved ourselves over $300. It is also not necessary to book Skip-the-line tickets when travelling in low season. When we arrived at 10am on Sun 15 Dec the place was empty

We had the misfortune of booking the day the Pitti Palace closed due to the terrible weather. Although we were offered the chance to use them another day we had moved on to Venice.

as we entered the apartment wing of the tour, there was a museum employee, Stefano, at the desk checking tickets. He had a clip
board offering special tour of la cucina. TAKE IT! we got to see the king's apartment and kitchen, an experience not to be
missed if available. Stefano was amazing with his knowledge and enthusiasm.

The line was not very long and the price from Viator is more than double. But what is inside is worth seeing, a lot of extraordinary rooms and lovely paintings. We took 3 hours to see the Palace and the Boboli Garden and we were in a rush a little
