Not the best one to pick for Hanbok experience. Not satisfied with the choices and you have to pay more if you wanted special attire.
I'm sorry that you thought so. There is an option to choose the hanbok type in the product, please understand that the price of hanbok may vary depending on the grade.
The hairstyle should be free and petticoat as well for they part of the costumes and also mentioned in the website and voucher. They charged extra for things that are paid already.
Hello The inclusion details include free braids, and the items not included are inner skirts and paid hairstyles. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Very nice visit, plan a few hours to visit the palace which is really beautiful, you have the possibility to rent a costume and this allows you to enter it for free
Thank you for the good experience Have a good day in your home country, too
Great experience but a guide is a must to understand what is what in this huge complex. Do not miss out on wearing a Hanbok which will give a free entry to the palace. Should take about 2-3 hours to visit the entire complex palace grounds.
The workers were not exceptionally helpful or friendly. The experience didn’t feel very “authentic”. The shop is a short walk to the palace and is located on the 3rd floor. There are several other hanbok stores in the area, and I feel one of them may have been a better choice.
Great Service and lots to chose from and across the road from the palace Worth every penny Created memory and hundreds of photos
Jinn who helped me choose my hanbok attire was absolutely fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable about what each pieces meant. I would highly recommend!
The place was a little crowded, but the workers were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the experience of renting a hanbok.
There is a sign outside the door saying 10,000 for 2 hours, but when I went in I was told 20,000 for 2 hours was the cheapest. The woman was so pushy, however, that it was awkward say anything or leave. She immediately handed my 5 year old daughter a dress before I had a chance to decide. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, when we came back we were trying to find where they’d put safety pins, etc, to get them off. I would not recommend this one, there are loads in the area.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The price you saw was the price when it first opened, but we couldn't check it. We will take off what you saw
You'll have to climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor where the shop is located. The place is small and is crowded even in the early morning. The staff will not assist you, they will just point you to where you can pick your hanbok. The
