Paella Day Culinary Class Aproveite a Tradição

Great class, lovely town, and a wonderful way to spend a day away on vacation. We drove from our beach stay in Puerto Pollensa. It was a 75 minute drive but totally worth it. Highly recommend.

It was simply a great trip! Patri alone is already a natural experience. It changes the perspective on nature, on life as a whole. She is a lovable person who is completely at peace with herself, and she shares that feeling of life. It was interesting, sociable, and cheerful to participate in her course. Additionally, there was the composition of the group. 1 Mexican couple, a Ukrainian woman with her Russian friend, a Frenchman, and us as a German couple. Everything was very delicious, and we had an unforgettable vacation experience. With Patri, everything is very authentic, but if you open yourself up to it, you will be richly rewarded. Thank you very much, Patri !!!!!

It was one of the best experiences in Mallorca. The hostess is incredibly friendly. The experience, that is, the cooking class, is unique. He finds himself in a beautiful setting - in a garden under trees and accompanied by chickens, cats, and a dog. We met many interesting people, had a lot of fun, and enjoyed a delicious paella at the end. Highly recommended!

Our expectations for this course were far exceeded. In addition to preparing a delicious paella using Patris's grandmother's recipe, we received many other tips. Patri is a lovely and friendly young woman, as well as a great host. One feels immediately comfortable, and time flies by. We are considering repeating the course next year.

The event is defined by the host. Patricia is amazing, great energy and positivity. Cooking paella in a cozy outdoor kitchen, having sangria and wine is also amazing of course. We learned a lot and then were rewarded by a fantastic meal of paella at the end.

This was my favorite thing we did in Mallorca! The property is charming with it's outdoor kitchen and picnic area and stunning views of the surrounding terraced mountains. Our teacher was enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and culture with us and made the whole experience so much fun. We spent several hours chatting, eating, drinking and making paella of course (which was excellent!!). Definitely do this if you are visiting Mallorca!

Fantastic trip to the mountains with a wonderful host who gave us a dreamy day through the paella cooking class. The terrain is a bit uneven, sturdy sneakers make sense. The 4 hours back and forth were worth it!!!

Patri is such a sweet and open soul! She shows flexibility but we really recommend visiting her at her home and also enjoying the town, view, her garden/plants and animals. She takes you down memory lane with her family‘s paella traditions as well as fruits and is such a sweet and talkative soul. We did not only havea lot of fun, great sangria and the best paella ever but also now know how to make it at home (including variability according to preferences) and made a mallorquin friend we‘d love to see and hear from again. Pricing was also more than fair since this was just us in the cooking experience. Highly recommend! 🫶🏼

This was a wonderful experience. I did this with my parents (who are in their 80s). Everyone very much enjoyed themselves. Patri is an amazing host and teacher and we all loved learning about her village. We then walked to her home and learned so much about making paella. The setting is incredibly beautiful. But Patri really made it special. We all agreed this was the highlight of our trip.
